Hands down,the service and food were both top notch. The staff was very efficient and friendly. This is honestly the most authentic Mexican food I’ve had outside of home. This dining experience took me back to my childhood when the whole family would all gather at my abuelita’s house. The barbacoa tacos, tamale, carne asada taco, pastor taco, and chicken taco were all so perfectly cooked and flavorful. Even the rice and beans were amazing. The Aqua Fresca Jicama was a delight. The tamales are 100% the best tamales I’ve had in TN. The meat to masa ratio was perfect, as seen in the picture. The tamale’s seasoning was spot on all the way through. The tamales were so good we got a dozen to go. Even their sauces are homemade. The guacamole is freshly made. Loved the nacho bar. We will definitely be regular repeat customers. I would highly recommend this restaurant 10/10 and an absolute MUST try for anyone seeking authentic Mexican food. For the question of what dish do I recommend../ANYTHING because I know it will be delicious.

Absolute Gem of a Taco Shop. Their brilliance starts off with chips that are served automatically with refried beans TOPPED with queso. Which in my opinion was not only delicious but is probably a great business move as well. Fantastic, friendly service that greets at the door and a Cinco Hermanos Fajita that is suberb in every way. Even the shrimp is juicy, taut and plump. The steak and chicken are both cooked to perfection and sizzled right next to delicious onions and bell peppers. Inside is relatively small but well kept and has a neat salsa bar right next to a drink machine. Even got to witness the care that goes into food prep as one of the gentleman assembled a Molcajete for another customer mid stage. Great experience and I also appreciate they partner with UberEats.

I love this little place it feels comfortable it’s clean service is fast and also you can call ahead of time if your in a hurry,the food is great my favorite is the chicken and rice and the cup of corn something everyone should try, the only reason I didn’t give the fifth star is because their prices have gone through the roof and that’s the only reason!

Had a great meal with lots of flavor. If you’re from the West Coast, you will be happy with food here. Ate it up so fast we forgot pictures. Fajitas were good and contained mushrooms, which I like. Also got tableside guacamole which had option for jalapeños. We would come back but we live far.

We love this place! The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. I love the rustic and natural feel of the decor. The staff is so friendly and the service is great! There wasn’t a single thing about this restaurant that wasn’t great.

First time visiting”was greeted when walked in of course we waited to be seated and I think that was a little confusing because others would just walk in and gone to a table.brought chips and salsa and appears to be bean dip with cheese that’s different but good.chips I think we’re little bland!seem to be one waiter most of the time but done a good job friendly.i ask about an item on the menu could something be left and something added and he said that’s what it come with! I told him to bring it and never got it but might have misunderstood over my quesadilla birria was good and chicken quesadilla was good.we did have to get up get our refill on drinks but I seen others doing so no biggie to me.although they did make it around several times and ask if we needed anything.we ask about adult beverages that was a no.i don’t get out that way much but I would definitely visit again if in that area.i’m sure the very near locals will enjoy..

First time eating here. Food was amazing. Hot, fresh large portions. Prices were very reasonable. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was nice. They had drag racing on one TV and exotic cars on another TV. It was great. We live about 10 minutes away, we will definitely come back here again!
