I absolutely love Hazelnut Café! The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming, and the staff is always so friendly. Their strawberry matcha is to die for — it’s one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The honey bun special is also amazing and such a treat. I would definitely recommend trying the Smooth Peach as well, it’s so refreshing and delicious. Everything I’ve tried there has been great, and it’s the perfect spot to grab a drink or meet up with friends. I always have a great experience when I go and highly recommend it!

The line was too slow, the food was not worth it, and don’t even get me started on the service if I could give a zero star I would. The shop might look cute but everything inside is hell. I’ve seen a barista stir the lemonade with her hand, pretty sure they also groom dogs. Also overpriced by a lot.

DO NOT COME TO THIS place their expensive “antics” is too weak. A 600 pound table fell because a 6year old girl pushed it???And their not even nice to them either never asked if the girl was okay or anything??? and holing you hostig if you dont give any private info to them (Remember your husband’s phone number!) stuff like that do not come to this place what so ever!!!

Used to be a fan but now I wouldn’t even think twice about going into this place. Coming here from a tiktok they posted of one of the girls making a coffee, no coincidence that they have started using the same type of canned-coffee thing that La Costa nearby opened up with. This place is just trying to stay relevant it’s sad! Go to La Costa instead, where they’re actually nice, cheaper, and care about their customers.

Who wants to come to a place that can’t take accountability for being mean to customers and then bullying them instead of making sure they are okay. Also not having the correct furniture that actually is stable for people to eat/drink at it’s like they don’t know what actual tables are and what a console is for. Y’all are going to definitely get so many more customers with being the Way you are, sad to see this is how we treat people nowadays.

Don’t go to this place if you don’t want to get scammed…imagine asking for licenses and you spouse’s information for a broken table you could have paid with your insurance. Imagine caring for a damn table instead of toddler that could have gotten hurt because of your cheap quality tables.the table was already wobbly to begin with. You guys also groom your dogs hair there as well….disgusting. shocked health expectation have been there.

The coffee is just okay and the matcha is terrible quality. Waited in a line that didn’t move too slow but certainly not worth it. They are for sure selling aesthetics in there you can’t deny it is cute in there

I have never experienced such terrible, *inappropriate* customer service. I understand sometimes people have bad days but this was not just 1 person, it was the whole staff. the staff was irritated to help, extremely agitated, and I saw a female roll her eyes at another employee after I asked a question? I shared this with my friends/neighbors after by bad experience and they all had a similar one. Not a welcoming environment again. Will not be supporting this business under any circumstance.

The Yong people today have no respect! I was delivering 32 items from a private self employed delivery service, I asked if is there any one to help from sidewalk to door, they where all standing around talking eating, I’m not a young person, probably older then there parents. They looked at me and said No one to help, you can leave it in the floor. I blame the parents, these kids today have no respect and compassion. What a horrible place I would never tell or go to this place and I delivering to alot of places in the area..

With the amount of negative reviews im surprised this so called “buisness” is still running. On my Trip to NYC I stopped for a cup of coffee which was cold and overly concentrated not to mention how pricey their prices are, which ruined my whole overall experience for me.
