We ordered both a first birthday cake and a smash cake for our daughter, and they were absolutely perfect. Not only were they decorated beautifully and matched our theme flawlessly, but they were also incredibly delicious. The entire party was raving about how good the cake was! I would like to share my first impressions with everyone about Delightful Bites by Nina. First, I called with a question or two and was informed Nina had stepped out for a moment and would return my call as soon as she returned. Low and behold she did in fact call me back with answers to all my questions and seemed like a very nice person both on the phone and in person. Now to the really important stuff. I had ordered an Apple Crumb for next day pick up and boy, oh boy, was I NOT disappointed. Generally, I’m not a pie guy, but I was just in the mood for something like the Apple Crumb and I have to say (and this is from a generally Not a pie lover) it was the best slice of pie I have ever consumed. Nina definitely understood the assignment when she whipped up this delicious dessert treat. Every aspect of the pie was on point and just freakin delicious . The crust was flaky and moist at the same time with the rest of the ingredients in a perfect balance of not too sweet….not too bland.
As much as I would love to pop in daily for a fabulous treat…..my waistline could not support that. However, moving forward, I have found my next favorite Bakery when my willpower wanes and I must have something delicious.

Nina was SO kind, gracious and helpful, and so prompt with replies, even though I had a million questions and some changes and was probably a problem customer. Then the cupcakes were the best ones I have ever had. Everyone at our event commented on how the frosting was fantastically flavorful without being as painfully sweet as we have learned to worry cupcakes might be. I am SO GLAD we ordered from her and absolutely plan to use her for every event.

Delightful Bites by Nina provided the desserts for our September 2023 wedding. They created an amazing dessert spread for our guests to enjoy including cookies, cupcakes, brownies and a wedding cake. Everything was absolutely delicious! We were able to go have a tasting experience at their shop and my husband and I could not stop eating the cakes they were out of this world. We highly recommend visiting Delightful Bites by Nina and using them for different special events!

Nina was absolutely amazing to work with for our wedding! The cake she created was not only stunning but also delicious. She went above and beyond for the tasting and also at the last minute to prepare an incredible spread of desserts for our rehearsal dinner, all of which was unreal. Her desserts are beyond amazing, and her professionalism and flexibility made the entire process a joy. We couldn’t recommend Nina more highly!

Nina is amazing!! She made our wedding cakes and our guests can’t stop raving about them! She was so lovely, made our tasting such a fun experience, and even helped me surprise my husband with a figurine of our dog in the cake! I highly recommend Delightful Bites by Nina! I ordered a chocolate birthday cake – and it was the best chocolate cake I’ve ever had, all my guests agreed too!! I sent Nina a couple photos of the design I wanted, and she executed it perfectly; it looked even better than I anticipated. On the day of, we were running late to pick up the cake and she stayed past closing to allow us to pick it up. Nina is very talented & kind, and I would recommend her cakes to anyone in the area!

Ordered wedding cake for our destination wedding in mountains. It was so delicious, got many compliments from guests! It was so easy to interact with Nina, cake looked exactly as on reference pic I had sent. Even got a discount for greenery, it was so sweet! Would go back for sure if I’m close!
