Sandwiches are awesome and big. Half sandwich was plenty for me. Soups are good. Beverages bought separately from JSE Coffee in same venue are great. There is NO SEATING, except maybe 1 or 2 seats on the sidewalk in summer. This is a takeout place. Annie is delightful and obviously loves her craft. You can taste it in her sandwiches.

I have gotten to try Annie’s at JSE’s other location in Federal Way and I fell in love with how delicious the sandwiches and soups are here. I have tried out their pasta salad and definitely want to try out other specials when they happen as I don’t think there is anything that Annie makes that isn’t delicious! My boyfriend appreciated the toasted bread for the BLT sandwich and he really enjoyed it. I don’t know if she stopped offering sprouts for sandwiches, but I do miss that as she is the one who got me into sprouts in my sandwiches.

Annie’s Lunch Counter is hands down the best spot for sandwiches in town. Annie and her crew truly knows what their doing! The ingredients are always incredibly fresh, the bacon is thick and perfectly cooked, and the bread is absolutely out of this world. Every bite is packed with flavor and care. If you’re looking for a satisfying, high-quality lunch, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

Annie’s has ruined all other sandwich/soups/salads for me as nothing compares to the quality and deliciousness served up at ALC. Everything is freshly made with no corners cut. Bacon – thick and crispy, lunch meat – piled high, bread – freshly baked, soups – completely homemade. I would eat lunch here every day if I could!
