We love this place and the fresh authentic food. It is a small hole in the wall great! We enjoy the burritos to go.

DO NOT let what you see on the outside sway your decision to eat here. Yes, it’s attached to a gas station, and yes, it’s just a concrete cinderblock building, but when I tell you that I ate absolutely the best, and I do mean THE BEST (and AUTHENTIC) Mexican food I have ever ate (and that even includes the food I ate while vacationing in Mexico several years ago), I’m not lying or just saying that. My family goes to our local Mexican place so often that the waiters there know us and our usual orders by memory. We love Mexican food. My son and I had travelled to Winchester for an appointment, and decided to stop at Taqueria Los 7 Hermanos for an early dinner before heading back home a few hours away. At first, when we pulled in, yes, we were a bit hesitant, but thank goodness we decided to go on inside. The inside was bright and colorful, the tablecloths were embroidered with beautiful Talavera-like designs (I happen to love Mexican pottery). We both ordered the Al Pastor tacos (3 each) and some guacamole and chips, my son got a Jarito and I got the Mango Agua Fresca, and after finishing those we got another Jarito (Guava – which we hadn’t seen before) and a Pineapple Cucumber Agua Fresca. The chips and guac came out shortly and you could tell this was not your standard store bought, jarred guac, this was hand made and absolutely the freshest guac you could possibly get; the chips nicely salted and warm. Next, our tacos came out … hand pressed tortillas, juicy marinated pork, some cilantro, a little bit of red onion… along with a little bit of salsa verde and salsa roja on the side …. wow, we kept commenting the whole time we ate about how delicious all of it was and it didn’t stop there, we talked about how fantastic the food was all the way home.

So seriously, if you’re in the Winchester area… go and get all of the tacos…. support this little business!!! I seriously wish I lived closer so my family could go to this amazing eatery all the time.

I was very excited to discover this place toward the end of a long interstate journey. Seeing that they had tamales, I was beside myself with excitement. The staff were wonderful — friendly and courteous — and my son and I departed with our food to-go, comforted by the warmth and openness of the place.

Except something happened along the way — in my delirium, I neglected somehow to put the food into the car! Life and living.

Located right next to the gas station, one of our dishes the burrito was amazing. The other one was a heavy corn wrapper that was just too thick but good flavor. It made it hard to eat and cut.

Great little hidden gem. Located by the gas station. Authentic Mexican cuisine with delicious entrees. Service is quick and attentive and very kind. I had the champurrado and the caldo de rez, along with torta de milanesa. I recommend you try them all. Small location with small parking lot.

A serious hidden gem along the highway. Only randomly discovered it on my way through from Philly to Louisiana… we got tacos to eat and more fresh home-made tamales for the road. We both loved everything! They even had a nice refreshing hibiscus drink. The atmosphere is perfect for what it is. Just a small local spot. I even loved the hand embroidered table cloth. This is now my new go to stop on 81. Looking forward to my next visit!

Ordered two chicken tacos. They were served quickly, the chicken was very tender, and they were delicious. They did forget to give me salsa even though I asked for it when I ordered, but I ran back in and used some that was on the table. My only suggestion would be to add another corn tortilla to the tacos so they’re doubled up.

Terrible food. Ordered the carne asada burrito. Old meat and ver little of it. Most of it was rice. Big worth the money or the 30 minutes it took to make with no one in the place. Not worth it!!

Without a doubt the very BEST authentic Mexican food I’ve ever had. I travel extensively and am lucky to have this gem just down the road from my home. The food is top notch, made with love and the service at this family run place is fantastic. Don’t let the concrete exterior attached to a mobile home station fool you – this is the real deal! Never a bad meal and very economical.
