I came here in Christmas 10 before they closed to get one drink as my husband was standing by the door to make sure it is opened he turned waved at me and the lady ran to the door and locked it and completely ran off ignoring us completely I get it’s Xmas but for you to do that to someone who is already there and just letting his wife know it’s open to get one thing is completely uncalled for we will never go to this Starbucks ever again worst service ever Draper on 12300 is way better they took care of us and we will always go to this location no matter what here on out

Starbucks on 2053 w 12600 S in Riverton…Ordered a Tropical Citrus Iced Energy drink without ice and it was a half full. I don’t think this should have been filled to the top. Starbucks you don’t sell customers drinks like this. Definitely won’t be back after this

Every person I know has gone to Starbucks and gotten a free drink for their birthday without having to do anything extra. It was my birthday two days ago and when I went to this Starbucks and showed them my birthday in the app for my free drink they wouldn’t give me one. They said I had to buy something 24 hours before to get one which is the stupidest rule I’ve ever heard. I had bought something from Starbucks the day before but I used cash so the guy that was taking my order said it didn’t count. Then when I went to buy a drink he had the audacity to ask me if this was the drink I was buying so that I could get a free drink. Like obviously no. I’m buying this drink because you wouldn’t give me a free one even thought it’s my birthday. The girls that usually work at this Starbucks are super nice and I love them but this guy was getting on my nerves and I just wanted to have a good birthday.

I don’t usually post reviews unless it was a memorable one. A couple of days ago I went in, since the lane was full of drive through cars and I thought hey, I’ll be the only one in person, this should be quick. There were 4 workers; one greeted me while simultaneously packaging something else. 1 was working the window while the others were face down, talking to one another through there mics. No one stopped to take my order. After about 4 minutes one turns around and takes my order. I ask if they had oatmeal, she said yes, I said I’ll order one and then ordered my drink. After about another 5 minutes my drink was ready. I waited, they all continued to talk to watchtower through their headsets face down. I finally asked the packager person about how long my oatmeal would take and she said she doesn’t see one, then looks at the cashier who looks back at her and says “she didn’t order one” and then they just stare at each other. Like c’mon- not a lick of customer service here. There were 4 of you and not one could rectify the problem with an apology at the least? I stormed out of there because honestly the fact that it took about 10 minutes to not only take my order but then make it was crazy to me. At that point all the cars were gone and I was the only one there. I get there are post mates order or whatever but those people weren’t there to pick up their orders, I was one, basic customer service people. I’ll be 1,000x more likely to go to Scooters down the block just for their customer service alone (I only went here because it was on the way to the freeway). Never again.
