I ordered from Door Dash The hamburger steak meal and Vanilla ice cream. The ice cream was good. The rest of the meal was a disappointment. 2nd time ordering from them. I will not order from there again.

Stayed here and ordered the Monday special Crab Mac and Cheese. It was microwaved penne noodles with barely any Alfredo sauce and some bread crumbs, dried parsley, and canned crab meat thrown on it and then the whole thing was dumped in a to go box. The top layer of noodles was ice cold, For as much as they charge it’s pretty ridiculous. It’s also pretty ridiculous to call Alfredo Mac and Cheese.

Terrible service. Sat around for 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention, during that time I watched the bartender mess up multiple drinks and mumble to

Then when I FINALLY got someone’s attention and ask if I could get a good order in before they stopped serving food at 10pm(even though the email flyer they sent me said 11pm) all he did was look at his phone and say “it’s 9:55 it will piss the kitchen off of I put in an order.” Wow, glad I don’t plan to stay at this hotel again

My daughter and I are staying at the hotel tonight and did not want to leave to eat so we tried the restaurant. The entire staff was wonderful and very friendly. Our waitress was the best we have ever had. Everyone was amazing and the food was really good.

This restaurant is in the IHG Hotel and is a local gem. It is quite surprising and seems to be a local gathering spot. The Birmingham Police come here for dinner. It is severly understaffed. Two very hard working women, JoJo and Jennifer, run the place. They are the bartender, server, cook and order taker. The food is excellent. I had the basket of 10 wings and my spouse had the Quesadilla. Both were perfectly cooked and tasty. I saw a Ribeye come out with mashed potatoes. It looked ample and delicious. It is hard to believe this is a hotel restaurant, the food is very good, the service is outstanding and the 2 women running the place are friendly and personable. If in the area I certainly will come back.

I am a guest staying at the hotel. My family and I waited over 5 minutes at a table and never received service. I attempted to call the restaurant for 15 min. and no one ever answered. Being able to call and place an order from your room should be a perk. Staff should let guests know that this is no longer an option. I thought the Holiday Inn chain was reputable. In this case the chain fell short.

Very good staff! Great atmosphere. I explained to them that I was from Mississippi and a particular drink I wanted. The bartender tried to make the drink however it didn’t taste the same as what I was use to. He tried a few times to get it right. He ended up fixing me his signature drink and it was wonderful. I just appreciate the 2 bartenders trying to please me. I was visiting for a wedding but would return just to go to have drinks and eat here.
