Gal who was working had an awful attitude. She was throwing the food back into the containers, with attitude. You can clearly see the sandwich was made with no care, and with attitude. It’s drowning in mayo, and has no lettuce.
Understanding everyone has a bad day, but go home, otherwise get over it and do not take it out in a paying customer. Especially with prices as high as they are.

Some subway are awful. This one is not.
Food is good. Service is nice
It doesn’t smell like bleach but is still clean and orderly.
I very much like the order pickup option.

Subway is getting super expensive. Philly cheese steak with a pop and cookie was almost $20 I can literally go to a sit down restaurant and get a beer and burger for that price. The days of the $5 foot long are well long gone.

I was shocked at how bad the service progressively got. As I pulled in at 738 pm there was a teenager anxiously standing at the window and upon seeing me pull in threw up his hands and mouthed an F bomb. He proceeded to ask me my order upwards of 5 times before he even cut a piece of bread. He then proceeded to tell me that I would have to be fine with the wait because it’s just him and he “feels lazy” I thought it was a joke but it took this kid from 740pm-to 800 to make 2 sandwiches. This used to be my favorite location but I won’t ever step foot in there again. That was disgraceful

Brought in a coupon for an $8.99 footlong meal that I just cut out of the paper that I got in the mail like 4 days ago. Apparently it was already redeemed even tho I haven’t used it and the best they could was give me a dollar off. So I ended up paying $11 for just a footlong instead of the $8.99 meal I should have gotten considering I never used that coupon. Absolutely ridiculous

Ever since this subway sold it’s been not good. It used to be the best subway in the area but lately every time I go there my subs are messy and wrong, not enough employees and the ones they do have don’t seem to care at all. Miss the old employees they had before they sold it.

My kids and I dined at subway in New York Mills. The employees were top notch as always. Kyle went above and beyond to make sure I was having a good day. And talked with my kids as we were ordering. We will keep coming back as long as you employees like Kyle.

Went here at 8:50pm when sign says open until 9pm and the sign still said open but the door was locked. Could see the employees making themselves subs and even came up to shut the open sign off at 8:55. If you’re open until 9pm then you should be open until 9pm. There was 3 cars that pulled up and then left because they closed early. This was after a high school sporting event and teenagers are hungry. Lost at least 10 orders but the employees don’t seem to care so I guess I wouldn’t eat here if they don’t care because they definitely aren’t going to care about making your sub.
