Subway sends out a lot of coupons and this location has a sign “No Coupons”

Then the person I was with ordered a salad. The menu says the price is the cost of a 6in + $2. They charged her the cost of a 6 in + $3.50. The person working said that’s just the price that comes up in the register, there’s nothing she can do about it.

This review has been a long time coming, because I have been going to this Subway for several years. I usually order my food via the Subway App on my way into work. My food is always ready and is exactly as I order it. The young people who run the store are awesome, and they are very conscientious. This store is one of the best managed Subways that I have been to. Thankfully it is also the one closest to my home.

The Bayles & Union Subway is the BEST.

What’s the point of being subway branded if not participating in any promotions. Very misleading. Service is terribly slow. Sandwiches were definitely not art. Subway… Come to expect this from most stores.

As I waited for the older gentleman preparing sandwiches I started to browse my phone. As he finished his tasks he walked over and didn’t say a word. Then walked to the cooler and did nothing. Came back and said in a snotty tone ” you ready now”?….What an a$$hole. Firsr time I’ve ever walked our of subway.

Lady was not nice and acted like she was annoyed I was there. Skimpy on all the veggies and had to ask her 3 times for a little extra mayo. Seemed like she was ignoring me and didn’t want to give me extra. Almost walked out.

Worst subway ever! I have been there twice and both times they got my order wrong and the ingredients were disgusting and not done like I ordered. The lady is rude and barely understands English. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!
