Do not go here in the morning. Their store hours say the lobby opens at 5am but they open it wehen they want to. My sandwich is never fresh, I ordered a McGriddle and the bread was hard literally crunchy. My hash brown was over cooked and stale. None of them speak proper English which I feel needs to be fixed because it’s difficult not only for them to understand me so my order is either wrong or missing something 9/10 times but vise versa. I work right across the street so I get tired of eating my store food and look for other options and this is the closest.

FILL THE DRINKS !!!!! you would think i selected “light liquid” on all of my drink orders, it never fails at this location. the employees are friendly and i haven’t had any issues with food but i NEVER get a full drink.. like it’s PAINFULLY OBVIOUS that the cup isn’t full and you guys are busy so i don’t fuss about it and god forbid anyone come inside the store with the new setup, you can never find an employee unless you physically go behind the counter but come on… take a little pride in yourselves, i would never hand out the drinks i have gotten, i would literally be too embarrassed!! it’s pure laziness. i have managed a coffee shop and one of our top rules was to make sure that every drink handed out was FULL!!

I’ve gone to this McDonald’s several times for lunch since it’s close to where I work, and the experience is consistently disappointing. The drive-through line is almost always long due to slow or poor service. Most employees look like they don’t even want to be there, and many lack basic manners or professionalism.
On my last visit, I could clearly hear a couple of younger employees making rude comments about someone in the drive-through. Unacceptable behavior for any workplace. Management really needs to address what’s going on at this location.
The food itself is decent when you eventually get it, which is the only reason this is a 2-star review instead of a 1-star.

New McDonald’s along US 23 between Delaware and Lewis Center, in Orange township. Super sweet woman working the drive thru. She called me “Miss” then my first name (I used the app to order), like a southerner. What a nice touch. I wasn’t sure what to do with the two pickup windows. I was given my food at the first one then my drink at the second.

I am a local and I usually try a place like McDonald’s 3 times before i leave a review. The person taking my order everytime seems rude, in a way like get to the point so I can get back to dead scrolling on my phone rude, and it shows when I pull up to the first window to pay. The food every time has been cold, burgers are missing toppings and wrapped like a two year old so the burger is just falling apart in the bag. Fries barely have any potato left in them. The only positive experience is the girl handing the food out in window two, she has a smile and a great attitude, and fixed a mistake as fast as she could, I ordered a the $6 double meal a person threw the burger with no toppings barely wrapped in the bag with no fries or nuggets so she threw some cold fries and nuggets in the bag to get me on my way.

Beautiful new McDonald’s. Lots of space to park and eat peacefully inside. There’s just one counter so far, but that’s not a problem for a local restaurant. The seating is good and overall nice.

I came through the drive thru and the headsets went down as I was ordering. I was still able to order and pay. I get to the next window and they tell me there’s a wait because the kitchen is having issues. Should’ve told me that before I aid, especially since I am on my lunch break. I requested a refund and instead of giving me a refund they still made me wait which in turn made me late to work. Next time just give me my money back.

Ordered the $5 meal. They up-charged me for a medium when I never asked for a medium. To top that off it was diet so didn’t even drink it. Gave me sweet and sour instead of Buffalo. The food was cold. Burger had barely any toppings on it. Very dry. 2 stars because the building was at least pretty.

I did a mobile order for pick up. See attached photo. I had to go back because they didn’t do my order correctly. The caramel macc was suppose to be a large and cold on they gave a hot caramel macc refused to fix that issue, she said okay take the cup and comes back with another hot caramel macc. At first i thought it was a language barrier but turns out it wasnt. Then the kids meal was the pokemon one with 2 fries instead of the apples and nuggets. They gave the nuggets but refused to give the fries. The lady handling it seemed to have a crappy attitude and didn’t want to fix anything that they screwed up on, she refused a refund as well. Fries were cold as could be. Poor customer service to say the least I will not be going back to this location. This is a constant battle with this location as well. Certain shifts and people are good other shifts are crappy and they do not care
