What a gem we just stumbled upon! The food is fantastic, brisket was melting away and the burnt ends were delicious. All served on locally made bread, the best bread I’ve had for a long time! Also had homemade sausage as a special and can’t wait to be in the area again

We tried this place out on a Saturday. We LOVE bbq, and were largely unimpressed. I was somewhat excited when we arrived to find it was a single smoke unit out of a dirt parking lot as hole in the walls tend to be the best IMO. This did not live up to that.

The service was semi unfriendly. Basically unenthusiastic. The food looked great when they were getting it ready. Ultimately it wasn’t bad, but between the price and quantity, it just wasn’t worth it. My mom makes a better brisket, and the burnt ends we got were mostly fat. The bacon Mac n cheese was the star of the show. The price was similar to a sit down bbq restaurant.

To be successful, either lower prices or greatly increase quality and/or quantity.

I’ve been smelling the amazing BBQ around town. Finally found its source it’s the Wicked Sinister Smokehouse.

They have quite the setup and the food is worth the price. The flavor was all perfect no sauces needed but the hot honey was a very nice addition. These guys know how cook meat.

Well the third time was the charm this afternoon! Before I even got to the parking lot that sweet heavenly smell of a smoker was hitting my senses!
I ordered app portions of brisket and pulled pork and a side of dirty rice. And Wowza! Yum to the yum when I got home!
I polished off the rice but split the meats in half to have some for tomorrow.
It was very nice meeting you both and I will definitely be back. Hope to try a rack of ribs next!

Wanted to try this bbq. I couldn’t find it i called no answer. Looked on Facebook got the address where they were got there and it was in a dirt parking lot. Looked at the menu and I got the turkey and the brisket meat loaf well let me tell you the turkey was dry and the amount of food for the price was not alot. The brisket meat loaf was not good and there was a beard hair in it . I would think with a beard like his you would have to put a beard cover on when serving or making it . Will not go back very disappointed for what I got there today.

Let me start off by saying if you have a small stomach you will be leaving with leftovers! The food is fresh and moist and worth the wait! It’s in a nice back alley in Downtown Danielson CT where you can smell the smoked food all over town. If you’re looking for authentic tasty small town bbq you must give him a try the owner is awesome and friendly and his fall off bone ribs on rib day will keep you coming back. You must keep an eye on his social media for when he down special limited time items that will be making you want it a permanent menu item. My go to is the Brisket sandwich I have never had such a seasoned and moist brisket as he does! Omg I wanting some now as I write this.

I was pleasantly surprised to stumble upon this place, and I love some good BBQ so I had to try it! I had the ribs and cornbread, and it was amazing. The ribs were so tender and the rub was perfect. The cornbread was so yummy! Staff was friendly, and I loved how low key it was. I’ll definitely be back. This is how BBQ should be. 10/10.

Amazing quality food, I’ve never had a bad bite. Had the brisket and burnt ends, and I can say easily it was the best brisket I’ve had, perfect amount of seasoning and bark to it. Great amount for just a small appetizer, and not dry at all. The burnt ends weren’t quite ready when I showed up to place my order, so they let me know it would be about a 20 minute wait for the burnt ends to be ready then they could start preparing the rest of my order. Which should speak to this man’s craft, a lot of people would just shove them out and it wouldn’t be just right. Instead he waited and made sure it was perfect. Started to rain while I was waiting and the girl at the window even walked my order out to my truck. I’ll wait any day for quality. You should too, try this place out and you won’t regret it!

Wow. Just picked up some food after my buddy told me about this place. Ordered the beast, poor man’s burnt ends, pulled pork, and brisket. I only ate the beast because (and I might be exaggerating a bit) that sandwich felt like it weighed about 5 pounds. Super tender pulled pork and brisket on that sandwich with absolutely amazing flavor. It’s hard to find good BBQ but this place is definitely the spot. I will for sure tell everyone I know to come check them out. Y’all need to do some advertising because I wish I found you sooner!

Oh yeah and the 2 dudes running it are super chill. Took the time to talk to me about their operation their smoker etc.

I’ve eaten at wicked sinister twice now. Did the steak dinner and a pulled pork sandwich both were incredible. Paul’s passion is clearly visible in the quality of food he puts out. Truly a master at his craft and fueled by all the right reasons, wanting his customers to enjoy the food just as much as he likes making it. Keep up the good work Paul!
