This is the third time I go through the drive through and order a breakfast Meal that includes the sandwich hash brown and drink I never get the hash brown. And on my receipt it shows i should get one it in my way to work so I don’t check until I get to work!

Convenient stop because my job is 5 minutes away from this McDonald’s. I’ve had two issues here and they’re both about messing up my order. I’ve ordered a McGriddle (just the sandwhich) and for some reason the pancakes were the only thing given… no sausage no cheese? That’s one. Two, I placed a mobile order for a double cheese burger & 6pc nuggets. I got the nuggets and fries I didn’t order but no double cheese burger? And the only reason I’m bothered by this is because I go during lunch hours! Therefore I only have 30 minutes to eat. 5 minutes there, 5 minutes back leaving me with 10 minutes left to eat. I don’t have time to go back and have them correct my order… how do you mess up a mobile order! It’s preordered.

I feel bad writing a bad review because the employees are very kind; however the drink machine NEEDS to be cleaned. I found something that looked like a booger in my drink. I feel like it has been getting less and less clean every time I go to McDonald’s. The drinks always have something in them. Please clean the machines.

Went Dec. 16th 2020 at 8:30pm and two women were working the entire drive. I want to thank them immensely for taking their time and making hot fresh fries. It means the world to get fresh fries at dinner so late. Thank you! Those two need a raise and some recognition!
