I always test a new Mexican food place based off of their carne asada burrito and this place has got it down. Definitely the best place in Mount angel for your Mexican food fix hands down. I come here regularly and they never disappoint. Their Horchata is thick, creamy and very sweet as well.

We had Maricaro cater our wedding this past Sunday and it was fantastic! Fabulous tasting food, wonderful people with great service and the whole process was seamless! Food truck with a couple picnic tables outside and a little red shed with more “indoor” tables. If you choose dine in they serve in actual plates and bring it to your table (at least while not busy anyway?) staff was super friendly, even checked in on us. Burrito was very good.

First time eating at this food truck and it was great! Ordered carne asada tacos because this is how I compare new places. The tacos were top notch with homemade tortillas and sauce. Now that I know they’re solid, will be coming back and trying other items!

Super delicious! They make their own tortillas everything was made on the spot. We ordered tacos de tripa, sopes de lengua, chorizo, asada, and pastor, and a quesadilla de asada and all of it was so good! Definitely coming back again. Super good service as well

The best, and I mean THE BEST food truck in a 20 mile radius. Excellent customer service, great tasting food and portions are great for leftovers. Can’t beat the prices either!
