Service was excellent, as was the food…a totally good surprise. Restaurant is super clean. Food smells amazing when you walk in. We tried Worlds Edge based on the stellar reviews. So glad to have found this little secret gem before it gets so busy that you can’t get a seat. You should definitely try this place!! The noodles are hand made from Hawaii. Blackened salmon was perfectly cooked.

We had a very nice lunch at this place. It’s a small cafe type atmosphere, but located inside of a health food store. They do offer some nice outdoor seating as well. We had the Edo bowl w/pork loin and it was very tasty. If you like a lot of meat, I would recommend ordering extra protein.
The organic hibiscus lemonade was Excellent!

It’s in the vitamin store. The banner below the glowing vitamin sign says World’s Edge but if you’re going after dark it’s hard to see. So glad we eventually figured it out because we had a wonderful meal here. My husband got the ramen and loved it, especially the noodles and broth. I got the zucchini noodle, tomato and lions main mushroom dish and it was so unique and delicious. The lions mane mushrooms were the freshest and tenderest I’ve ever had. We also had a lovely conversation with one of the owners, wish I’d caught his name, very friendly and interesting to chat with 🙂

Somewhere between dodging fast food signs and arguing over playlists on our way home to North Carolina, we took a gamble and pulled off I-95 — and jackpot. Hidden inside a health food store (yes, really), we found a fusion food spot serving up a wild and delicious marriage of Asian and Mexican cuisine. And no, this wasn’t some sad chain restaurant with a broken ice cream machine — this was the real deal.
The ingredients? So fresh they probably had a sunrise yoga session before hitting the plate. Every dish we tried was bursting with bold flavor — think Korean BBQ meets taco Tuesday with a little garden magic sprinkled in. The menu was packed with unique options that made us wish we had three more stomachs.
The outdoor seating was a huge bonus, especially since we had our four-legged travel companion with us. Not only was the patio peaceful and shaded, but they actually whipped up a homemade local pork and veggie dog bowl for our pup. He looked at us like, “So this is how royalty eats?”
To wash it all down, we sipped on a hibiscus lemonade that was basically summer in a cup — refreshing, floral, and just sweet enough without making our teeth feel like they needed a dentist.
The service? Top notch. Friendly, fast, and genuine — the kind of service that makes you feel like you’re eating at a friend’s place (if your friend was an award-winning chef). Speaking of which, the chef even came out to check on us — a rare and awesome touch.
And the location couldn’t be more convenient — right off the highway, with a Sam’s Club across the way where we topped off the tank and were back on the road in no time.
Moral of the story: if you’re cruising down I-95 and think your only options are sad fries and regrets — think again. This place is fresh, flavorful, and totally worth the detour. Even our dog agrees.

If you haven’t been to this wonderful little fusion restaurant – it is a MUST!! We had the Shoyu ramen with lion’s mane (locally sourced) and pork loin and also had the Nara Japanese noodles with wild Georgia shrimp. Thoughtful, researched, and complex flavors. I could go on and on…

A perfect stop-in after a day of driving!

Altogether, our group ordered the Shoyu ramen with pork, Miso ramen with pork, and another Miso ramen with Georgia shrimp. The Miso ramen also comes with locally grown mushrooms, which were delectable! For drinks, we shared the house-made horchata and pineapple agua fresca, and both were delicious.

Ben was a delight and very attentive to our table, and we loved his sense of humor. He even gave us two free chocolate chip cookies before we left 🙂
My only critique is about the lighting, which is the same fluorescent lighting as the vitamin store inside of which the restaurant is located. Warmer lighting would make eating here even more enjoyable, but at the end of the day, the high quality of the food and service shone through to give us an easy, warm, and thoroughly nourishing meal after a long travel day.

Iv been wanting to try this place for a while now bc I have heard such good things. Yesterday I picked up a ramen bowl and it did not disappoint!

The lady working (maybe owner) was helpful with the menu and guiding me to what she thought I would enjoy based on what I told her I was in the mood for.
I added the sliced pork and it was a very generous portion, super hot, and flavors were perfect!

Can’t wait to try more items on their menu.
Oh and I added an aqua Fresca and really enjoyed that as well!

Wow, what a phenomenal, fresh meal in the middle of our road trip from Florida to DC. Such a pleasant surprise to find this spot. The salmon was so delicious. The noodles weren’t greasy like most stir fry dishes I’ve had at other places. The horchata and hibiscus lemonade weren’t too sweet. So refreshing. And the staff was so friendly and attentive. I also thought the chalk for kids outside and the “build your own flower pot” were such a thoughtful touch. We’ll have to stop by next time we’re driving through Georgia!

The total misconception about clean eating was totally blown out the water at this restaurant! The food was delicious. It was fast. Fresh ingredients that pack a punch of flavor. With some even being locally sourced. Menu is well curated for lunch options with inspiration of Asian and Latin cuisine. Fresh juice and smoothies can be ordered at the juice bar (pineapple and hibiscus agua fresca). Pricing is fair for a lunch spot and is a great pairing for the health food market next door. A nice addition to the Brunswick area.
