The side soup; which is a chicken broth, from the rice plates is good. The pho soup is clean, flavor as expected, not extraordinary but also not bad at all. The meat toppings in the pho is not dry and has a good ratio of fat to lean. Noodle quantity is good for the large side.
Service is a little pushy but food comes out quick. The prices are 10-15% above average for the same food tier. The venue is very big and can accommodate large groups.

Surprised to see brand new Pho restaurant at this location. Don’t have to drive to Contra Costa County for Kevins Noodle House anymore. Bright, new everything, clean. With free parking lot. Plenty of service people.

Have not been to this restaurant since they remodel. Place looks awesome & with a fence in parking lot( feel safer then before). However the food was disappointing. I ordered pho with beef n tendon. The soup was cloudy n no beefy flavors. Medium bowl has 4 small pieces of tendon & 5 meat. The noodles was ok n cook AL dented. Probably will give it a 2sd chance cos I use to love this place before I move out of Oakland. Hope I don’t have to put it on the no return list.

I’ve been coming to this place with my family since I was in my mom’s womb, and let me tell you how long I’ve been waiting for them to open up again after they finished remodeling, because their pho is the best, from the broth to the noodles to their beef meatballs.

Went to eat for a late lunch around 2pm. Was seated quickly and food came around fast. My party all ordered #2 so take what you will with the speed of service. We were given free hot tea promptly and cups of water. The soup was delicious!
