I had a hard time rating the service this low, but I felt I had to for several reasons. First, let me say the gal waiting on and preparing the food, AND ringing up customers was working her tush off. My only issue is that between the cash register and dishing up the next order, she used hand sanitizer instead of properly washing her hands. She did get fresh gloves, however that is not code. I understand she was rushed, but food safety short cuts is a no from me. Two guys were behind her and looked like they were prepping some bins of food for the line. They moved like snails. They looked several times at those of us in line and still moved like snails, taking something to the fridge moving something to the counter, etc. The gal asked them quietly ‘are you gonna help me out’ or something close to that, neither responded, just kept moving like snails. She didn’t miss a beat and kept going. I really appreciate her attitude and speed having to work with jerks like this. That is not teamwork. She deserves a raise, they should be fired and get her some decent teammates so she doesnt feel she has to shortcut food safety.

This is why you guys have a 2.9 rating out of all the chipotle’s that is freaking crazy. I get a burrito. It’s 13 Dollars and it’s maybe 4 1/2 inches tall and barely filled up at all… I mean, I used to get two meals out of these burritos and I can’t even get full off of one that’s nuts

I got a pick up order and I’m extremely disappointed. I got a veggie bowl and asked for extra vegetables on it but got none at all. I also asked for napkins and utensils and there were none in my bag. The burrito we ordered was extremely small. Usually Chipotle burritos are huge and that’s what makes them worth the price. Maybe it’s cause they just opened. Either way this order was a complete rip off.

Ordered catering for 15 for a company party. 2/3 lettuce containers were rotten, chips were stale, and I was given 12 6″ tortillas for the 15 people. Had to go back to trade out chips. Didn’t realize lettuce was bad until we started eating. Portions of food were enough to serve everyone taco salads. Frustrating to pay quite a bit of money and get rotten food and salads. Our company ordered their catering for a Christmas Dinner. We ordered a 15 person option, for this we received stale chips, partially filled food containers, and 12 small cold tortillas. When we drove back to ask about why there were 12 taco tortillas in our 15 person meal package we were told that was the standard and they would not do anything about it. When we inquired further about how we were supposed to feed the other 3 people in the meal package we just received a shrug and a “I don’t know”

The employees move SOO slow. They dont greet you when you enter the store & their bathrooms are locked but good luck getting the code when they ignore you in line ♀️ terrible experience. Its gone downhill soo bad. They used to have GREAT employees. Wont return to this location

Really disappointed. Horrified!!! Every time I have ordered online, which is 2-4 times a month, they ALWAYS forget an item, since my first order during the grand opening. We usually drive to Corvallis because our favorite fast food is Chipotle. We were so excited that one was opening in Lebanon. I always order double meat, I get it all the time in Corvallis, I know what double meat weighs and what it looks like and how it feels in my belly. They always just give me 1 serving in my burrito bowl. They have forgotten my hot sauce and fajita peppers at least 4 times. I feel cheated and I’m angry that I spend $17 on a burrito bowl and get half of what I get in Corvallis. EVEN THE RICE AND BEANS SERVINGS ARE SMALL. Plus, the prices in Lebanon are at least $2 more. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! Absurd even!!
Now, let’s talk about the service… There is a big girl with blue hair that works there that is angry, doesn’t smile and worries me. She seems like the type of person who would just spit in your food to spite you. She should not be in customer service. Every time I have dealt with her, she has been rude and condescending, bossy and I was afraid she wanted to beat me up, just from the look she gave me. I don’t know her other than from Chipotle. Why is she eyeballing me?? Everyone else, despite the piercings and rainbow colored hair, seem to be OK. They smile, at least.
Just don’t go to this Chipotle. It’s horrible. They rip you off. It’s worth the drive to go to Albany or Corvallis. I’m never going here again. They should be shut down and re-trained.

What the heck, I ordered 2 burritos, and git the tiniest burritos. I also ordered 2 chips and queso and guacamole. I paid 57$ that’s with door dash. Chipotle you are such a disappointment
