Great food and really friendly staff. Highly recommend the Philly Cheese Steak sandwich and Billy Philly fries…. Bread was crunchy and steak was cooked perfectly with the right blend of cheese, peppers, and onions. The sweet onions melted right into the cheese. Perfect. My wife had the OSO burger with a fried egg… she said it was delicious. Thanks for a great dinner Billy Bob Burgers!

Hands down, the best burger my wife or I have ever had. We were up in Waco visiting from San Antonio and just happened to be in the mood for burgers so we just Google searched for burger joints in the area. Saw the rating of this place and decided to go. We couldn’t have picked a better place to eat. The patty was tender and juicy. Bacon was cooked to perfection. We both got the Texan and the A1 totally tops it off. My wife got the jalapenos to add some heat. The bartender made the Texas Tea an unforgettable drink. Even the fries were perfect. If you are in the Waco area or even anywhere near Waco, it’s worth going out of your way for. If I could give 6 stars I would. Worth every penny!

Billy Bob’s was suggested to us for lunch. We ordered the Billy Philly and the Green Chile Philly. The Green Chile Philly is what I ordered, and I thought it was excellent. The Green Chile was just the right heat I was looking for. I love hatch Green Chile. Food was served fast with great service. I will be back next time I’m in town.

Food was pretty good overall kids had chicken nuggets and corn dogs wife had a Philly cheesesteak and I had a popping jalapeno burger, and of course the fries were really good. Only complaint, the burger was severely over cooked

Taylor was an amazing server. Food was really good. Juicy. Fresh. The funnel fries are a must try. Only complaint is I don’t like onions. And I asked for no onions. And there weren’t any on my burger but I can vaguely taste onion on my burger. Other than that it was really good.

The food was great, all interactions with our server were great too! Emily & the trainee forgot her name) were very friendly & courteous, making sure we had everything we needed & refilled our teas.
The only downfall is that its super cold outside & we couldn’t sit on the patio. So we sat inside & it was chilly in there too! I had my heated jacket turned on( & I’m from Wisconsin! I’m very used to the cold!)
Glad we stopped here on my vacation! Definitely recommend!

Wife and I meet here for lunch. We have been here several times and the quality has dropped since opening. I ordered the Philly cheese steak and could tell right away the meat was heated in the microwave. Center was scalding hot while the outside was just above warm. My wife ordered Chile which had a layer of grease on it and a pile of white onions just thrown on top. The crackers they gave her were stale as were the chips that came with the appetizer. My wife also ordered a burger and side salad, but never got it. We paid the bill, which never had the burger and side salad on the ticket, and left. We won’t be back. I can go to any bar and get microwaved food for less.
