I’ve been craving for Ramen the past days and going to this place in Carlsbad didn’t disappoint me. The ramen especially is creamy, savory and loaded with toppings. We ordered Miso Ramen, Seafood Ramen, and Shrimp Ramen. Everyone is satisfied. For our side dishes, we tried the dumplings (gyoza) and the fried oyster. The service crew were all attentive to the customers needs and requests. Very good service. Great Food. Kudos to the crew of Ten Gu Ramen.

Best Ramen I’ve had so far in life. I ordered the spicy chicken ramen with extra eggs and nori. It was seasoned perfect. The spice level was good not to hot but not weak either. The portion size filled me up. They hit all points with this one. Will definitely return.

The broth was especially flavorful, and the dish had a distinct taste that you definitely can’t recreate at home. Despite the restaurant being busy, the wait time was minimal, which was a pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was vibrant and enjoyable, with beautiful Japanese wall decor adding to the overall experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving some top-notch ramen.

Clean and nice. Simple food, tasty. Deep-fried soft-shell crab was really good. Unfortunately, all the sushi rolls have crab imitations in them, that’s really sad!

Great food and great atmosphere. I ordered the takoyaki, sesame ice cream platter, spicy miso ramen. The spice was not too overbearing and the broth was rich in flavor.

The food at tengu ramen was amazing. First time eating here and the food was delicious. I ordered the spicy miso ramen, dumplings and sesame balls. The servers were very polite, especially Jesse and Juliet. Those workers made me feel welcomed. The only downside of the service was one of the other servers. When I received the first batch of food, a server named Edith responded to me with an attitude that made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, when she handed the bowl and plates she slammed it on the table and it startled me. I hope she stays away from the other customers with that attitude and I hope she is respectful to her other peers. Other than that, the experience was amazing. I will definitely be there again.

The staff is very helpful and the food is great. I recommend coming in, sitting down, and trying the food. Take your time to enjoy all the flavors from any dish you choose. I have been here a few times, and all the plates I have tried are great.
