I ordered on DoorDash and my fries and barely cooked and some of my wings didn’t even have the sauce that I ordered on it. American deli was better even though the lady had a nasty attitude. Never ordering from here again !!!!

I went in to order food on November 29,2025 around 5:30 pm. We placed a big order they told us 15 to 20 minutes. When I returned I needed to make another order and the young lady replied we can’t take your order our manager is gone and we don’t know when he will be back and we don’t have access to take the order. I’m so upset. Also returned with the order and it was incorrect. I was a manager at wingstop and this is unacceptable behavior. For one they lost out on three orders cause I want the only one waiting to order and when she said that we all walked out. I will never eat there again. I am a general manager now and to turn away customers on a busy night is just unacceptable. Maybe this franchise allow this to happen and don’t care bout their customers but I’ll never return until I see a new staff. The staff there was unprofessional

Missing food, food given was extremely undercooked. 2nd time at this location, bunch of missing food, everything i did receive was almost raw. First time all sauces on my wings were watered down with oil as if they put a few drops of sauce in oil and called that a sauce. AND ordered bone-ins and got boneless for one meal combo,like don’t do folks like that! Raleigh or Charlotte locations I’ll be going back to because they were perfect!

I paid 85$ for 50 bone in wings. And received 30 bone in and 20 boneless. Bone in are more expensive mind you. And when I call to speak with someone directly, they set it up so no one answers the phone and all voicemail boxes are full. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had. I will NEVER spend money here again.

I placed an order via the app and went to pick up my food. At first, the girl couldn’t locate my order but she finally did and I checked the bag to make sure all the extra condiments I ordered were there(Ranch). I have placed a DoorDash order in the past where I paid for extra Ranch, was charged and never received. I thought that was the least of my worries until I arrived home and neither order of fries had seasoning on them and they were so dark, they were inedible. Tried to call the store to no avail, went to voicemail and nobody answered several times. Won’t be giving them another chance to play with money or my food.

The only reason I come back is because I love wings. This location is terrible across the board. Most of the time my order is missing something sometimes its just the ranch other times its chicken or my veggie sticks. They catch attitude when you go through the bag to check the order, which you only do because of how often they mess up. As of late when I go in, im told they are only taking online orders. It was 7:30pm when I went in why cant I pay there? Sad thing is I am going back there again. Just wish someone will take control of this location and treat it like a business

I ordered the 10-piece chicken mix and match, but my 5 boneless hot honey rub wings were served raw. I tried calling the restaurant to resolve the issue, but no one ever answered the phone. I called over 45 times and couldn’t get through. Extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of customer service.

This location sucks as far as placing an order on the phone! Two weeks ago I tried to place the order and I had to come in and then wait forever for my order to be made. That’s why I like to call ahead and place my order before I get there. But unfortunately, it kept going to voicemail and it was a guy there working on the phones maybe someone complaining and he told me that I need to tell the people which he meant the workers or employees
to turn the volume up so they can hear the phone. Actually, I don’t think it is the volume for some reason it keeps telling me to leave a voicemail which is unacceptable. Also the tall skinny guy with tattoos on his left side of his neck was very nice but didn’t use gloves to drop my fries or my frozen tenders. They need to get it together and I see why they have a 2.2 rating.

I placed my delivery order at 6:36pm of 20 wings with a large fry and 4 ranches. I received a message at 6:52pm that my order would be delivered by 7:09pm. I then received another message at 6:57pm that my order would now arrive by 7:15pm. While tracking my order I watched the driver make 3 stops before arriving here. My order did not arrive here until after 7:30pm. When opening the bag the food was freezing cold and we received only 1 ranch, even though I paid for 4 ranches. When attempting to call the Rocky Mount location they would not answer the phone and the voicemail box was full so I was unable to resolve the issue.

They’re open until 12 am but , every time I’ve ever called in the evening , usually around 9, they have the phone cut off so you can’t make take out orders over the phone. They must lose a lot of business like that.
