I’ve visited a handful of times before but never was truly impressed. Tonight we went for dinner, got a table within 5 minutes but then waited at the table for 30 minutes with no service. A party of 6 got seated behind us & were immediately served. We walked out. We were forgotten about. We went down the street to the other local El Nopal & had a way better experience.

Hubby and I wanted to grab lunch instead of me cooking. The place is very clean. The service was excellent. We did not have to wait to be seated. The Bourbon Margarita was so delicious. We both ordered the Taco de Asada – Steak. Delicious!!! Glad we stopped in.

To the management I have a sincere suggestion please have your staff double check the order before the customer picks it up. We should have checked it too. We assumed that our order would have been right. We were disappointed to find that it wasn’t and we didn’t get what we paid for. Please review with staff it doesn’t take that long to double check the order. It is better to be safe than sorry.Food was good though. Thanks.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I made a carry out order and didn’t have half of what I paid for. I called and asked to speak to a manager and he was down right nasty to me and hung up on me! What items did make it to the bag were dry and stuck together! Horrible place to spend your hard earned money at!

Just so everyone knows, this location is closed at 10pm Monday to Saturday. On Sunday it is closed at 9pm. The times are not updated on Google for this location but they are on the front door. I mentioned it to the staff but they did not state if they would update the times online.

Rude staff. I was charged different price than what was listed on the menu. I was charged for the chips and salsa which I didn’t even order, I always thought they are free with purchase. Order was wrong and when I told him that he got an attitude with me. Then when he went to correct it he still got it wrong. And the food didn’t taste good. I won’t be back to this location. They used to be pretty decent but last couple of times it’s been horrible not sure what happened.

This is second time I’ve ordered carry out from here first time being good this time Awful. Very disappointed especially with the food. I got home which is only 2 miles away and order was wrong food was cold cheese dip was cold and had big chunks of unmelted cheese. I tried to call them 10 minutes after closing and nobody answered so I’ll be calling back first thing tomorrow.
