Update review. Ate in the restaurant, what a pleasant experience.The waitstaff was exceptional.The food was exceptional, can’t wait to go back. The best meal I have had in months.
I ordered take out for the family.i never expect much as far a presentation. However, the food not only tasted delicious, it also looked delicious. Ordering was effortless. I had the squad with angel hair pasta. The others had egg plant Parmesan and chicken sausage carbanara . We all thoroughly enjoyed our food . I’m looking forward to the experience of eating in the restaurant.

We were randomly recommended a visit to Avellino’s when we met some people up in Boston so we thought we’d give it a go when we visited Falmouth.
We were not disappointed.
Service is 10/10 – the young gentleman who served us was courteous and enthusiastic. We took us through the specials and recommended drinks when we asked.
Food is 10/10 – I had the Maestro Masterpiece and it was fantastic. Quality and Quantity! My wife had one of the specials and loved it, too!
I’d fully recommend a visit.
My wife was so desperate to return that she’d left her hat there. The staff had luckily kept it safe – another positive!

Went in with 6 people and had great service from Maddie. We got appetizers of a salad and eggplant rollotini —the salad was AMAZING and we devoured the eggplant! I got the special that was a chicken zingarella and i ate the entire thing! Drinks were fantastic had the raspberry lemon drop and espresso martini. 10/10 all around definitely going to be back!

Was so looking forward to a wonderful evening. Waiter was overwhelmed, waited forever for a bottle of wine. Food was good, not great like some had said. Atmosphere was fine. Will we go back? Probably not, but it’s a personal taste thing I guess.

My wife and I went on a recommendation of a relative, and we were not disappointed.
I had a Caesar salad that was cold, crisp and delicious. For my entrée I had one of the specials, sausage and chicken carbonera on linguini. It was delicious, but I ended up bringing half of it home.
I opted for bread pudding for dessert. I normally don’t get dessert, but I was told the bread pudding recipe was from the owner’s late mother. It was outstanding and did not disappoint.
Our server was Ryan and did a great job. Friendly and very attentive.
We will definitely be back.

Avelino Restaurant in Falmouth is an absolute gem! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and top-notch service. The bartender was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made some seriously great drinks that perfectly kicked off our evening.
We started with the garlic bread, and let me just say… perfection. Crispy on the outside, buttery and garlicky on the inside—it set the bar high. But then came the homemade raviolis, and wow! They were delicate, flavorful, and clearly made with love.
Just when we thought it couldn’t get better, we ended the night with the homemade-cookie sandwich topped with ice cream. That dessert is non-negotiable—it’s a must-try. Warm, gooey cookie with melting vanilla ice cream? Pure bliss.
Highly recommend Avelino for anyone visiting the Cape. It hits all the right notes—delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and a team that really knows how to make you feel welcome. Can’t wait to go back!

Great experience throughout, starting with the hostess who was so accommodating and friendly. We loved our server, she was pleasant and attentive. We got meatballs and eggplant rollatini for appetizers (by far the best I’ve had). For dinner we got chicken parm and chicken francese, both were delicious. You can tell they cook each entree to order. It was fresh, hot and flavorful. We had desert at the bar and the staff was so welcoming, I had an espresso martini which was so good and my husband got a cheesecake desert. The atmosphere was so warm, it reminded me so much of Sunday dinners with family. Such a great addition to the area. We can’t wait to go back!
