Solid burger . But very pricey. I came in and ordered a double cheeseburger, which is a standard order I would do for smash burgers. But this is a behemoth of a burger. Each patty is easily 7 oz or more. I love the no frills feel of this place. A simple and quick burger joint. They had my burger ready in less than 8 minutes. They only serve pickles and onions on the side so don’t expect to get every topping like you would at other burger shops. But that’s one thing I think makes this place unique. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a solid burger in Jackson. The atmosphere is what you would expect for a hole in the wall . Nothing fancy . The employees who took my order and the cook who made my food were all friendly. They checked if I enjoyed my burger and I certainly did.

Burgers are big, meat is tasty. Switzerland burger could use more Swiss cheese. There is not enough for the flavor. Service was great. We were the only customers in the restaurant, calls were coming in, the only person in attendance was managing it all very well. He stayed engaged with us answered his calls with curtesy and etiquette. With building being small, heat from the kitchen reaches to you. Price was acceptable for quality of food. We will return to try other menu options.

Ordered online, waited 15 mins, walked in and the GM (lady) looked up. I said “I have an online order” she said “I didn’t get anything. Then walked over where my slip was printed out. Then she started my order. The place is absolutely filthy from nasty dirt covered cracked windows, to gross ceiling tiles, and bugs in the light fixtures.

The one staff member on site was very nice, talkative with all customers and moved quickly to get his tasks done. Service was 10/10, great dude.
For paying $10 for a burger and $5 for a sack of fries the quality that you receive does not match.
The burger was bland, does not use a classic bacon but does not advertise otherwise. Fries are not crisp and lack seasoning, both regular and Cajun.
The cook on the burger was good but the bun was left soggy and soaked through with grease. Overall just no flavor and quality is poor for the price, though I do not believe this was a fault of the staff.
The restaurant itself maybe received a new coat of paint but was not deep cleaned from its prior occupants.
The suppression system is also installed incorrectly for their appliances and I would not be surprised if a fire happens down the line.

Got a burger and fries, the burger was thick and juicy, and it was a good. The fries were pretty good but under-salted, they also offer Cajun fries so I might try those next time. I got just the burger and fries since the only drinks they offer were cans of soda for $3 each and that is too much for me. My meal was a little over $15 for the burger and fries which is more than I’d usually pay but if you’re in the mood for a good hamburger it’s worth it. It does take a while to get your food since everything is made to order so expect to wait. The customer service of the man working the window with the beads in his hair was 10/10, funny, helpful, hard working and made sure everything was perfect. Will come again.

My wife and I had our first visit here and we were not really impressed. The burgers we had were juicy but we both noticed that as soon as we had about 1/3 of our burgers left, it’s like the flavor just ran out. I don’t think these burgers are worth $10 and $3 for a can of soda was ridiculous. However, the fries were nice and crispy. I don’t see the quality of taste matching the cost.

Burger was good! Good portion size and the meat was seasoned well. Good burger joint if you want something simple and old fashioned. The onion rings were really crispy and fresh. Just a tad bit pricey though for a combo meal.

Went through the drive through. Spent $35 on a burger, southwest wrap, a fry, and onion ring. Waited 20 minutes before going inside to check on my food. Only one person inside, so I still had to wait another 5 minutes. Got out to my car thinking “oh man this is gonna be fresh!”, just to open my burger and see a gallon of ketchup, a gallon of mustard, and a soggy bun. Horrible experience. Wasted money in my opinion. -40/10 experience.
