We waited another 15 minutes before getting to the speaker/monitor or whatever to confirm my order…. Then i waited again.
Finally I confirmed my order and moved forward to the window …. And waited again.
When I finally was served at the window the employee gave me the wrong drink and I asked for the correct one. They were cooperative and closed the window to get me a new drink…. And 4 minutes later they returned with my new drink. Then…. I waited even longer to get my food.
Meanwhile, while i was waiting, my wife retuned (walking) with her groceries and needs.
Imagine that. Walking to a store on foot from across a busy road, shopping for groceries, checking out, and walking back all in less time than getting an order at a “fast food” restaurant after ordering ahead online.
Congrats Taco Bell. You’re still amazing us every day.

My frustration is just from tonight. The past maybe 6 times I’ve ordered on the app they do not get the order right . I order things without pico and lettuce things like that. It literally makes the job easier bc you don’t have to put extra things on the food . I mean yes I can pick the stuff off but that’s not the point . The point is , is I select “no” on the items I don’t want on the app . When I get to the drive through they repeat it back to me and they say “no pico” “no lettuce” so what is the damn issue with the people on night shift
Burrito held together under the attack of a toddler holding it. So way to go with that.
Toddler also ate rice with a fork… not an easy task. Spoons for rice would be helpful.
Trying to order from a screen while grasping a wiggling toddler is 100 percent a pain.
