Worst chicken sandwich ever. He put it in the oven but apparently not enough time. A few bites and I threw it out. He also had fake nails on which are disgusting and extremely unsanitary for food service. And he had long hair with no hair net. This event prob ruined subway for me for awhile. Gross sandwich and gross dude. Hire better workers.

Placed an online order went to pick it up and brought it back home nothing was right on either of the sandwiches. The meatball marinara didn’t even had meatballs when I opened it up.

The food was good, but the service was terrific! Friendly and welcoming. Jalyn and Mark took good care of us and our small order. We discovered Subway is a great place to order a salad!

We just got done with a long day of golfing and we walk in the store at 7:45 and they close at 8 o’clock and the lady at the front counter said that she was closing and she cannot serve us. Terrible customer service I hope she never works again.

I needed an order for 12 people, and originally they thought they would not be able to help me as they had a very large order already ahead of me. They saw I was stressed and were able to get me taken care of which really truly was above and beyond

I came in for lunch the food was great but the staff was amazing, the lady who served me had a smile on her face and went out of her way to cheer me up and I left there much happier than when I came in. Truly awesome person.

I wanted to give a shout out to the young gal working the evening we were there after flag football games. There were at least four families with small children and other customers as well. She was very organized and helpful and handled the busy time like a champ! There was another employee there who did not jump in to help, so she was the one figuring out how to get everyone served quickly which included delegating tasks to the non-motivated employee. Way to go young lady!

If I could give zero stars I would. My Fiance went to this Subway in Syracuse ,he had 2 coupons ,1 was a footlong meal and the other was a free footlong with purchase of a footlong meal. They overcharged him by charging him for all 3 sandwiches and then instead of acknowledging their mistake they argue with him and tell him he can go to the subway website to complain if he has an issue. They cheated us out of 5.00. And made no effort to correct it even with the receipt as proof. We will never go to this Location again.And I still want my damn money back that they overcharged us.
