Chicken Milanese was incredible. Crunchy but not dry. Potatoes and sauce were so good!
The African American gentleman who assisted us was very friendly and attentive and a pleasure to interact with.
He made my margarita and it was definitely top shelf and well balanced.

Overall great experience! Service was very fast and friendly!! Sat at the bar and had conversations with all the staff. Really good chopped salad. Steak was seasoned well.

We ate breakfast and dinner here, and both times we ate here, the service was great. We were greeted almost as soon as we had sat down. It is a little expensive but that’s to be expected since it’s inside a hotel. For breakfast, I ordered the French toast, which was very good but too sweet for me. I was a little disappointed that for how much it costed I didn’t get any meats or eggs. I dont remember the name of what my bf ordered, but it came with plenty of food that he shared with me, mainly the bacon and potatoes. It was raining one evening and I didn’t want to go out so we decided to try dinner here. I got the grilled cheese sandwich meal because I was cold, and that just sounded delicious, which it was. My boyfriend got the smashburger, and he said it was okay. it’s just a burger, lol. It also didn’t take that long to receive our food either. Overall, it is pricey, but if you’re just too tired to go out and eat, this place will work.

It was a good hotel. A little far from everything but not too bad. There were a few things I didn’t like. They started construction next to our room in the morning and it was super annoying and distracting. The bed sheets were stained and the restaurant food was super expensive and not great. Also, the room thermometer was set to 60 but we were still sweating at nice and not able to sleep. It was HOT in the room.
Other than that the bed was comfortable, the staff was nice and the location felt safe.

Disgusting Food review only: Don’t order steak here. Salad n steak $29 + tip. The meat was really tough as if was cooked over more than once. I spit it out and threw out half the meal.

Felt unwelcome by bartender, asked for metal silverware and was denied. One would expect to be treated better especially staying at a bonvoy hotel. Disappointed that human decency has deminished as it has, do not expect brown nosers.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is manipulative for breakfast and will charge you for coffee and juice without you asking for them ($11 total). The food is mediocre at best and the staff talked loudly the entire time I was eating breakfast.

Infamy Restaurant at the Westin is a gem! I had the honey glaze wings and fries, paired perfectly with the Tropical GT. The service by Donna was excellent, and the cozy atmosphere made it an ideal spot to catch up with an old friend. Highly recommend!

This was a pretty disturbing experience, as have stayed in many of Marriott’s before and even the free breakfast was better than that. Besides the menu options being limited the quality of food was really bad. All of the food was very blend and the portions were a joke. The staff tried to make things better, but not much you could do about food quality. The setting of the place also could be better
