I stopped in tonight after sitting in traffic for over an hour and a half with my daughter. I was stressed and exhausted, but the experience we had here turned our whole evening around. The staff member who helped us (I wish I got his name) was incredibly kind. He offered my daughter a few different pieces of cheese to try and even gave her a free cookie. He was so friendly, cheerful, and genuinely thoughtful, and it made such a difference in our night.
I hope Jersey Mike’s knows what a great employee they have; he made a long, frustrating day feel a lot lighter.

Ruined our dinner. ordered for delivery and that was fine. All the receipts said that I did not want oil but they put it on anyway the subs were greasy and the bread mushy. Doordash only refunds sometimes so there’s no use so I lost money and I was hungry because we didn’t have good food to eat. It seems like these places never follow simple directions. PAY ATTENTION!

I’ve been a loyal jersey mikes fan since I lived in NJ. When we moved to camp Hill 6 years ago we were excited there was one around the corner on Carlisle Road. We go at least once a week if not twice. They’ve been great until this last year. We noticed them cutting back on turkey & barely any cheese. Basically a lettuce sandwich we’d call Jimmy would promise next time he’d take care of us. So we went yesterday 9/1 and we’ll never go back my cheese steak which I never complained about was horrible. It’s so obvious they switched meat because it tasted like a steak um. We show the frozen slab be put on the grill. Absolutely gross. We are done

The ladies behind the counter have phenomenal customer service. As a food service person myself, I always appreciate a crew who were so inviting and patient.
Not to mention the cleanliness. Didn’t see a spot anywhere.

I used the online ordering system and selected curbside, the app stated my order would be would be ready by 2:12, I got there and hit I’m here. However, I had to call and ask about my sub and it wasn’t ready. I eventually got it and it was worth the wait, the worker also apologized for it being late. Just like everywhere else they may have been short staffed and they were busy. Very yummy!!!
