This location started out strong but boy did things go downhill quickly. I don’t just mean in the usual way of getting “generous portions” from the staff, but also in quality of the food. Chipotle advertises “fresh” food but everything was soggy, chips were far from being done as they were chewy. Sour cream was more water than anything else. Staff seemed very much in a rush to get half a scoop into bowl as if it was timed. Quality of food and level of service was horrible, bad enough to not go back.
I got a salad with a wrap on the side and he got a bowl. Both were cold (the rice, beans, meat). I literally got these 3 little chunks of meat for the whole salad… You can see I spread it out to make my own burrito. Never going back here again!
I placed an online order and a key ingredients were missing from my bowl. I only realized it after getting home, so I had to drive all the way back to the store. Instead of a simple apology and fixing their mistake, the manager was extremely rude. They insisted on seeing the bowl like they didn’t believe me, and still didn’t want to acknowledge it was their error. There was zero apology, zero ownership, and zero basic customer service.
What makes this worse is that this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with missing items from this location. It feels like almost every online order is missing something, and when you try to get it corrected, you’re treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer.
My advice:
• Double-check every online order before you leave.
• Honestly, I would stay away from this location altogether until they fix their service and attitude, especially at the management level.
Chipotle, you seriously need to retrain the staff and manager at this store on accuracy and basic respect for your customers.
Had a very disappointing experience with this location. Ordered four bowls for pick-up, and the staff packed all of them into a single paper bag. The seal sticker was already ripped and crumpled when I arrived, and the bag was lying tilted on the shelf. As a result, liquid had spilled everywhere.
Asked for the bag to be replaced, the staff were incredibly rude and impatient. Two of them fell due to the spilled liquid when I took them from my car, leaving me with only two meals.
This level of carelessness and poor customer service is unacceptable. Won’t be returning.
