Not sure about all the hate in the reviews.

This was my first foray into Jersey Mikes and I wasn’t disappointed.

Pricing is a little high. 3 regular #13s with chips and drink was nearly $50.

Sub was fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly.

We travel to WY from Denver often and this is our second time stopping at this particular location. I wish I had written a review from our first experience because the food and staff were wonderful. We’re pretty picky with how our sandwiches are made and the girl helping us was very friendly and our food was perfect! Today, we placed our order for pickup and our sandwiches, once again, were great. I also included some special requests in the “order instructions” and they listened and honestly this was the best turkey sandwich I’ve had from Jersey Mike’s! I see that there only 2.9 stars for this store and I’m shocked. I wish more people would take the time to write positive reviews.

The sandwich itself is always reliable—you really can’t go wrong there. Unfortunately, the staff seemed disengaged and unapproachable, with little effort to greet or smile. The manager appeared occupied at the computer rather than actively overseeing operations, which gave the impression of poor leadership.

Sanitation was the biggest concern. While preparing my sandwich, I noticed leftover ingredients like lettuce and tomato being tossed back into the prep bins multiple times. That’s a clear case of cross-contamination and not acceptable food safety practice. Thankfully, I ordered the Big Kahuna hot sandwich instead of a cold one, but this issue still raises serious concerns.

Overall, the food is good, but the sanitation standards are unacceptable. Management needs to step in and enforce proper hygiene practices while also improving staff engagement.

I’m sorry but I am only in town for work and both times I have been to this location, my order has been messed up. The first time it was the forgotten jalapenos, and this time around they forgot all the veggies???? The only positive thing is that the people there were decently nice. How can you mess up a sub that badly…I even left a note for them to not forget the jalapenos but I guess they forgot all the veggies this time…thanks for ruining my dinner. Not going back here ever again.

The workers all very nice and cheerful, sub was good, not Rhode Island good, the ham/capicola/And the third all tasted the same. They didn’t seem to have an Italian oil but did shake probably oregano on . For Cheyenne WY it was good (after all it says Jersey not Boston orProvidence lol!!

Second time getting a sub below. I think they found the bread below the grill from a few days ago. It was inedible. I thought the other time was a fluke but this is my local Jersey Mike’s bread.

This review is for April 1st. I did a mobile order for pick-up at the new location for dinner. I am so so happy that there is a Jersey Mike’s in Cheyenne now!! They are my absolute favorite sub shop franchise by far, and for good reason! But I haven’t lived near to one ever really so this makes me very excited.

I always get a giant sub with pretty much all the meats and fixings at any given sub shop and they do my sandwich the best. I did the #13, giant, white bread, add roast beef and turkey to the mix, extra cheese, Mike’s Way (except no tomatoes cause they don’t last well in the fridge), banana peppers, mayo, yellow mustard, and bacon. I had to ask for the roast beef and turkey in the special requests section and applied the extra meat option, since the app doesn’t actually have an option for that and they actually did it for me, thanks you guys!

Oh, and the great thing about their bacon is they actually get it CRISP! Next time I’m going to try the pepper relish on mine also.

My wife got a portabella chicken cheesesteak bowl with bacon and extra mushrooms.

Side note: they have decent options for gluten free and vegetarians/vegans too.

Overall, just amazing and so satisfying. We will be getting Jersey Mikes frequently! Sorry Silver Mine, you guys have an actual competitor now…

I was so excited when this location first opened here, and for a while they did great. Within the last two months, it has been incredibly chaotic.

My partner and I went today, and it was the fifth time in a row that they have messed our orders up. We weren’t upset the first few times due to the fact we have both worked food service jobs before, but it gets to a point where it is incredibly disappointing. Usually the mistake is swapped bread types or incorrect toppings which are easy to deal with, but today we checked our food before leaving.

The bread types were swapped again, so my partner went in to get just one of the sandwiches remade. She was met with an absolutely abhorrent attitude from a female employee who at first refused to remake it and blamed it on a simple misstep. My partner tried to reason with her until the manager came over and offered to remake it.

The employee started to remake the sandwich, but was throwing a fit and complaining about it to another employee. The manager walked over and told her to leave, and he completed the sandwich.

Neither of us have ever encountered a situation in which the employee refuses to remake the order. She was incredibly rude despite my partner’s compassionate attitude towards the mistake.

I understand mistakes are made, we are all human, but for it to happen so many times and then get met with a vulgar response was very upsetting.

The food is good, but due to the lack of respect and constant mistakes, we are increasingly more sour about the location.

Most oily sandwich I’ve ever had, it’s ‘EVERY WHERE’. After eating my sandwich it felt like I just got done changing my oil. Nice people, bad food.
