I will never return here again dylan is the rudest “barista” i have ever encountered. Came in to pick up my drink and it was made wrong i was waiting at the pickup counter 3 ft away from him for literally like 7 minutes and when he finally decided to awknwledge me he proceeded to refuse to remake my drink and called me an idiot. nobody waste your money here this place has a bad rep and its clear why

The line is always wrapped around the building, so I’d suggest doing an online order. I can’t wait for the one bear my house to open, hopefully it’ll be less traffic. Anyway, I go to the one on country club shops, off cedar road, because they have the good ice…lol. the staff is always nice and friendly and my drinks are always good.

4 staff were all busy talking to each other on their hands-free headsets, and 1 staff person acted like a customer’s request was an annoying interruption to her chat with colleagues. Surprising, because at most Starbucks locations the staff are more customer-focused.

If you have an extra 30 minutes to wait for what you ordered in the drive thru, this is the starbucks for you! This is by far the slowest starbucks I have ever been to.
Edit: This will be the last time I ever go to this starbucks location. I placed a pick up order today and it said it would be ready at 5:28. I show up at starbucks at 5:24 and they told me my drinks were ready. I noticed no cold foam on either of my drinks and told the girl at the window. She said “Oh they melted into the drink”. It’s completely unacceptable. We pay more for these coffees and we get treated like customer service is the last thing they offer. One was supposed to have caramel drizzle as well. Just go to Dunkin.

Asked for light ice because I hate when I get three sips of drink because it’s loaded with ice. Paid $7 for a cup ice, despite my request . Called back and was told by a manager Bee that I could come back and be compensated. I went back two days later to find she never wrote my name down for other shifts of staff to have my information. I tried to ask the staff if they could they just fix it because I had pictures and was told they will not do it today because my complaint was from another day. Avoid this place if possible. Buy your ice at your local food lion or Walmart it is much cheaper for a bag.

I typically don’t go to Starbucks ever as I prefer local coffee shops but I never been to Suffolk and I needed to get some coffee. Being unfamiliar with the area, I stopped by this Starbucks and I am glad I did! Very friendly service and the egg sandwich I got was one of the best I have had in awhile. The Pumpkin Cheesecake (I think that’s what it was called) muffin was perfect. Great way to start the day!
