We ordered our subs online, my boyfriend picked them up and we went home to eat. Opened them up and our toppings were swapped. Neither of us were going to eat them because we don’t like the same things. He went back down to see if we could get them remade. Javier was very rude and told him that he wouldn’t do anything because they had left the building. The other young man working was going to help but was busy with other customers at the moment and Javier took over and refused to fix our order. Needless to say we are out $30 and also didn’t get our supper. Very disappointed as we have been coming to this establishment for many years…….

The manager called the employees while we were there and was so rude. She yelled at them. One answered the phone and she said “why am I talking to you? I want to talk to her (the other employee)”. She calls the store everyday drunk and screams at the employees. She gets mad if they use the bathroom. The store is filthy, we could write in the grease on the tables, but she frequently makes them work alone so they can’t get cleaning done.

Mr Javier, doesn’t deserve a job at subway. Went to get a sub and ordered a chicken bacon ranch. He told me he had no more ranch, after it was already made. He said it’s 2 mins till closing, what do you expect, you want it or not, we closing. I will never go to that subway again, and I go there 1-2 times a week. He deserves to lose his job. Going to go eat my chicken bacon ranch with out any ranch now. Ridiculous

Food is ok. The lettuce looked pretty brown/red in the container so I passed. Older lady at the register wasn’t polite. I said please and thank you to everyone in the line yet the woman refused to acknowledge me in any way after I said Thank you. It’s really not difficult at all and is rather rude

The last two times I have come in to Adrian Subway the customer service is Terrible. They do not greet you they do not ask any of the questions like what kind of bread do you want or cheese they just stare at you ” like hurry up”. My sandwichs are always thrown together which makes it very messy. When they drop some veggies on the dirty counter they put them back on your sandwich. They wrap the sandwich with it half out and the wrapoer has been ripped both times
