The bathroom floor had dozens of dead flies and its early spring. Are those from last year? The fountain drinks were all out of order. If the place isn’t sanitary I can’t come back.

I got the right food, but the place was not well maintained. The toaster was broken. The bathrooms were gross, and the dining area had a lot of dead bugs around tables and on the windows. It was sticky, and I had to wipe down the table again myself.

The workers were great and so was my sandwich. Prices weren’t bad, but the older crowd that frequents the place had to loudly talk down about “this damn younger generation” loudly enough for me and my wife and our 3 young kids to hear. So naturally I had to defend them and I yelled at them and there selfish generation for causing so many young screw ups in my “young generation.” Don’t go unless you want to fight with some Boomer’s

Very disappointed in my local sandwich shop. Besides often having missing cookies from our order, today I ordered online for pickup and was given the wrong sandwiches. I had to go back and return the sandwiches for ones we originally ordered. Neither the manager nor the clerk apologized at any time for the error and instead tried to place blame with me. It was an extremely unprofessional experience.

We drive out of our way from Valparaiso to Kouts to go to this specific subway. The service is terrific, the expanded menu is a bonus, the food is fresh and the restaurant is clean. A real treat. Highly recommend.

Staff didn’t acknowledge me as I entered, didn’t greet me and only asked what I was ordering and was generally rude and distracted through interaction. I’d call the manager and complain but I’m pretty sure that’s who I delt with.

This place is awesome for when you need a quick meal. The food is inexpensive and the quality is there. I would highly recommend any Subway that you drive past. I’ve never had a bad sandwich. You should also know that there are salads and roll ups too!
