Today, I had the wonderful opportunity to finally come to Franklin’s Seafood & Steakhouse. When you walk in the restaurant, you notice the cleanliness of the restaurant and the beautiful decor. The spaghetti with meat sauce was wonderful and seasoned to perfection. My food came out hot and in a very timely manner. My waitress was very friendly and sweet. She made me feel like I was right at home and could ask her for anything. She introduced herself and served me with a smile. Wonderful service like I had today will definitely make me come back again. Y’all have a new customer in me! Thank you for the fabulous experience.

This restaurant has catered several of our events and we have never been disappointed. They recently catered our Employee Appreciation Celebration where I tried the vegetarian lasagna for the first time…OMG, it was AWESOME! As I said…NEVER DISAPPOINTED! Customer service…impeccable. I look forward to using Franklin’s Seafood and Steakhouse for future events both personal and professional. You really should give them a try!

Wonderful! The food is fantastic with generous portions. The atmosphere is very warm, hospitable and beautiful. We double date every Friday night and enjoy the Kareoke. Even our waitress is fantastic. It’s really nice there.

Husband ordered a Reuben which was served on ciabtta, not rye. He could not eat. They offered a free replacement & took off bill. He declined the food. Daughter said hamburger steak was good. Son said fish sandwich was good. My chicken gyro was OK. Only 1 waitress so had to wait on service since she had to work both sides of restaurant. Seemed to take long time to get food (we were only people on our side plus maybe 4 on other). It came out 1 plate at a time. Due to service, will not be returning.

My boyfriend and I go all the time. They have great food and excellent service!!!! My favorite is the bourbon chicken topped with peppers and onions and you get two sides with it and a roll!!!! You definitely get your money worth and will not leave hungry!!!

Tonight was my 4th visit & has been great up to this point. This visit was a little disappointing. Though our server was very nice, she was running ragged. Too many people for one server. We ordered wings for an appetizer. I guess they forgot so didn’t come until we were finished. We boxed up & brought home. It was taken off our bill. Both of our dinners were good. Took awhile to get the fries & hushpuppies. The kitchen seemed to be a bit unorganized. The table next to us was a 4 top. Two of them received their dinners & a while later the other 2. Watching around the room, it seemed to take awhile to get food. Lastly, I wish they would forego the karaoke during dinner time. It’s hard to talk to the person or people you are with. Great idea for a later time with a later crowd. Again, we do like the food so hoping these few things will get better so we can continue to patron this local restaurant.

I have very mixed feelings about our visit to FS&S today. We love coming here, generally, and were excited about having another meal here. All in our party chose the buffet. Once at the buffet we had to sort through the stack to find an acceptably clean plate. I mean ‘really sort’. There were plates with gobs of food literally stuck on them. The silverware was just slightly better. This is unacceptable! Cleanliness is an obvious must in an eating establishment!
Our waitress was very nice, but, today, if we asked for something that we needed, like condiments and sauces that should accompany certain foods on the buffet, she would whisk off somewhere then emerge from the kitchen, and make her way around the dining room cleaning empty tables. Just when we would give up on ever seeing what we asked for she would appear with it after the need was gone. I wondered if, perhaps, she was not giving so much attention because we were ‘buffet’, but we tip, no matter, and we tip according to service. I ended up giving more than I felt she deserved since she was very pleasant and just in case management had her overwhelmed with work other than her waitressing duties since she was the only one working the dining room, cash register, in the kitchen, and all. I can overlook this, however, I hope we never see dirty dishes again because I will be forced to never return to this otherwise enjoyable restaurant.
