Waited for about 5 min and non of the employees acknowledged me, one even locked eyes with me about 3 times and just kept making his personal pizza which he left with right after I walked up and got my Togo order myself since no one was willing to do their job. Pepperoni pizza is burnt, the large pineapple pizza is under cooked. If I was the owner I would be so mad my employees were so inept. The store was messy as hell and had no organization, didn’t acknowledge customers in any way. I guess its more of a self service sort of thing down there.

Spent over $60 dollars on pizza and a meatball sandwich. The pizza wasn’t cut and fell apart. The cheese and toppings didn’t stay on the slice. The meatball sandwich was horrible. The meatballs were cold and it had just been delivered. We will not be ordering from them ever again.

Food quality and accuracy is hit and miss and the last three times I ordered from them. I ordered it ahead at a time and The food was late By 30 minutes due to lack of drivers.

Pizza is always tasty! Was very impressed with the pizza maker, the dude made sure to wash his hands in the kitchen sink after returning from the restroom, could have just washed hands in the RR, but did the right thing and washed again before returning to food prep! Was there almost 10 minutes and didn’t see the workers on their personal phones once, which is refreshing to see as that is a rarity these days! Love me some Marcos

I ordered a pizza bowl with extra cheese and they made it so thin it’s barely a single slice of cheese deep. This has to be some kind of joke. I paid $15 for this and I am still hungry.

Great food. Horrible service and poorly run.

They have every employee working in the back and nobody at the counter with a line of customers waiting. When I heard our order called I waited and then finally just went to get it off the shelf myself but was reprimanded.

I regret the amount of money my husband and I have spent here and how times I have recommended them to other people.

It’s unfortunate because the pizza really is good. We were such frequent customers for years but recently we’ve had several problems with them.

This place never disappoints. No issues with past deliveries or carry outs. Customer service is always courteous. I walk in and workers are busy but attentive to me , and the place is clean and organized. Thank you y’all for being awesome!

I believe we are finally done trying with this location. They have the absolute longest delivery times. They will tell you 30 minutes every single time. Then when you call back an hour and ten minutes later they tell you sorry we only have one driver. Every. Single. Time. Please stop saying thirty minutes when you know good and well you only have one driver. I wrote this review, proof read it and my pizza still hasn’t gotten here. I’m about to call back and I know what they will say.

-update: hour and a half. Was transferred to the manager. Told him why I’m upset. Ask me if there is anything else he can do for me. Have a great night. Issue unresolved.

We love other Marco’s pizza locations. The pizza is great. However, we have ordered at this location 3 times and ALL THREE TIMES there has been an issue with preparing/providing the order. The third time, we ordered and paid for delivery. They waited until the pizza was ready to call us and tell us they had no delivery person. That call should have been made when the order came in so we could decide if we wanted to proceed. We had already paid for the order, a delivery fee and a tip, and were expecting the pizza to arrive by the time the call came. We had to go pick it up, when we not planning to and had other things going.

I was cordial at pickup, but made it clear I was not pleased with their 0 for 3 order success. I wasn’t rude, I was calm, just expressed my displeasure. In the end, they seemed to put a good for forward when they gave us the order for free to make up for it. But as I walked out the door, the girl at the counter hollered at my back, “we all have things happen sometimes!” And that did it. I’m over the Bulverde Marco’s lack of customer service. I understand the delivery person not showing up was beyond her control. But there was things that could have been done to mitigate the issue that WERE in her control, and the attitude of “you should just be understanding” when you are making poor business decisions is not acceptable.
