I have eaten here twice in the last few months. The first time we ordered flatbread sandwiches. They were way overpriced and had no flavor. More rock-hard potato chips than anything else. A few days ago, I got the turkey club thinking that might be better. It was not a club sandwich, just a plain old turkey sandwich. The bread was toasted like a rock and was more chips than anything else. I took two bites and had them take it away. I would definitely stop here in the future for a drink, but I will never order food here again.

Service is amazing. Pricing is typical airport pricing however they need to step it up a bit in the food department. Portion sizing is very small and denser justify the price. Food is served on paper plates. Otherwise, nice little pub/cafe. I had the Turkey club served with potato chips and a coffee.

Very disappointed in this place, I ordered a Prosecco which for the bottle was $18.50 which turned out to be one glass of Prosecco. See photos. Really not happy about being deceived!

I don’t leave reviews often but this place made me so angry. Went on Christmas Day and ordered food before our flight. We said to go, but it was a long wait for food so my husband and I and our 2 year old sat at a table by the order counter. Because it’s Christmas, there was almost nobody else sitting at these tables. The jerk behind the counter told us that the tables are for dine in only….even though the table itself said for patrons (pictured below), which we were as we had ordered and paid for food. He instead had us stand NEXT TO the table (meaning nobody could sit there anyway) for twenty minutes while we waited for our food. Absolutely trash service from people who have not even an ounce of compassion. We’ve been here before and had similar experiences of being treated badly. Don’t waste your money.

Stopped here for the pre departure beverage.
Our group basically took over the bar.
The rating is for Teresa. Absolutely great server, her sense of humor was excellent and fit right in with us.
Had a great time!

Beware. Overpriced bad food like other reviews to be sure.
But , on top of this, the app will add a 20% tip for you. In other words, you’ll get a receipt. No tip shown. You may then give a cash tip. A few minute later, you’ll get a text notifying you of the automatic tip. If you don’t log in within 10 min to cancel this (ie you’re boarding a plane..) you get an updated receipt with the added tip. There is no warning of this and no way to fight it after.

This is one of the worst places to eat. The cashier and the cook were having competition seeing who was higher. My food had a hair in it, the menu says my sandwich comes with fries and they changed it to chips ( I know that part is petty but it’s not what’s being advertised). They didn’t give us the gauc but still charged us. Very slow service they said it would take 8 minutes, we waited for 30 minutes

We wanted to sit and eat dinner here while we waited on a flight but there were no seats available. We then ordered food to go, as there was no other option. We waited so long for the take out, that a table opened up. When we tried to sit, a waitress chased us out saying we had to order $10 of drinks. We agreed that we would be happy to order drinks and sit and eat. Then she said you have to order $15. Upon pointing out the change, she replied that our family of 4 could not sit in the restaurant unless we spend at least $10 per person in addition to the $60 that we just spent on the dinner. So we left. Worst attitude I have ever encountered.

***UPDATED REVIEW***
Been a bit since coming here and I have to say what a difference! They are under new ownership and it is working. Updated menu, happy staff, and pricing in line with other airport ‘eateries’.
I think a lot of the reviews were based on the previous ownerships lack of purchasing needed product and the frustration that the associates felt in dealing with that. You should really get this place a try now.
Sitting here eating a so-so sausage panini and listening to the staff discussing how bad the ownership is and that they are not paying the bills. They all seem to think the “end is near”…even the beer vendor filling an order.
With that said, the guy at the bar (Jacob) has been attentive and nice. Made a fresh pot of coffee for me because the current pot was “stale”.
Way overpriced; even for an airport cafe. $25 for a coffee and panini
