Ordered delivery and the pizza arrived completely cold.
The pizza was finished at 6:14 pm and arrived at 7:22 pm, even though I live only about 15 minutes away. I was clearly last on the delivery route, with multiple stops before mine.
This is unacceptable for a paid delivery service. I had to reheat the pizza myself. After reheating it was okay, but that completely defeats the purpose of delivery.
Instead of a refund, Domino’s offered a coupon, which I declined.
I will not order delivery from this location again.

Their time is so inaccurate . I placed an order and it says its ready at 4:20pm. Got to the store at 4:30 and my name is not on the screen. I asked why and the manager said ” we are still working on it. Come 5:15 and order finally ready!! 45 mins!! On top of that, when i got home opened the box and to my surprise the pizza is not even sliced!! Dominos do better!!!

Their timing is incredibly inaccurate. Today’s estimate was 23-43 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 6:50, it is stating I will not receive my order until 8:30. This was for a birthday party and certainly soured the mood a bit. Pizza from here is always good but their time management over there is poor, that or they need to hire staff.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup, i have 2 babies in the car otherwise I would go get it myself. It says will be ready by 6:45. I show up and check in at 6:40, the app says that my order is ready and to turn on my flashers and someone will be out asap with my order.
I sat in the parking lot, within view of the front counter, for 10 minutes with my flashers on as delivery drivers walked past my car into the store and left the store and walked past my car. I see the girl working the front counter not doing anything and looking out the window in my direction. Still nothing. I finally decide to go inside to retrieve my order. Bad thing is, I had to leave the babies in the car as I would not have been able to carry them and the pizza. It was obvious that I would not have received any help from anyone at this store.
I asked the girl at the front counter if they still did curbside and she replied, yes. I told her that I checked in 10 minutes ago and it said my order was ready. She replied with, “we didn’t see it”. I told her, funny, I saw my name pop up on the screen from the parking lot as soon as I checked in. She said, we can not see that in the store and proceeded to argue with me. I asked her to get my order and she turned around, stood at the waiting for pickup rack, which only had my order on it, and took her time picking it up. She then brought to the counter, placed the order on the edge of the counter, didn’t say anything to me and proceeded to help the person behind me.
I then called the store to get the manager’s name and next shift and the kid that aanswered said his name was Jeff and that he started vacation tomorrow and didn’t know when he would be back. I asked for the district manager and he gave me some bogus website to get the info from.
I get home, open my pizzas and there is hardly any sauce, no cheese or toppings in the middle of the pizza. The pizza has no flavor as well, just garlic.
This is the worst dominos in the valley. Even Little Ceasars is better pizza than what they served tonight!! They will never get my business again!!

Worst place ever, last order I made was an Alfredo pizza with feta cheese and mushrooms. They gave me a soaking wet regular pizza with black olives and onions. Tonight I ordered doe 5;30 but at 4:30 it said ready I called and told them I wanted it for 5:30 they said oh it’s not down yet it will be done at 5:30. At 5:15 I get there and my name is not on the board I said why is my name not on the board they said we’re still making it. 40 minutes later still not name, I look and see the regular black boxes on the shelf and ask has my order been sitting there the entire time, oh yes I’m sorry we forgot to tell you it was ready. My order for 5:30 was sitting on the shelf since 4:30 and at 5:15 they said it’s still being made. What a joke. I’ll never go to this pathetic unorgani3: pathetic excuse for a pizzeria.

Ordered a couple pizzas last night we did an online order and we were quoted about a 40-50 minute wait time. After about an hour we checked the tracker which kept pushing our time back every few minutes eventually putting us at nearly a 2hour wait we tried to call and check on our order but none ever answered just looped through the same advertising recording over and over. Finally my husband left to go down to the store to cancel our order but as he left the pizza arrived cold, stale and disgusting.

Im new to the area dominos is a favorite in many cites. This dominos has the worst tasting food ever. You can taste whatever chemicals they use to clean bottles out with in there pizza sauces. On top of that they make pasta and breads with missing ingredients continuously. Even if have them remake the item the still intentionally mess them up. And the manager is leading person in this mess he could careless what you get and he shows it.

Food has always been consistent and good. Clean store. Folks seem rather friendly. My problem, STOP marking Carryout orders as “PREP”. When you mark an order as prep, you should be “prepping” it, then going right into the oven. When an order is marked as Prep, I leave my house to get here on time. Instead, you’re moving orders to Prep a LONG TIME before you’re even working on them thus wasting a ton of your customers time. Come on, do better.

Ordered from this location several times and they always get my order wrong. They don’t even know how to properly sauce a pizza. every time I ask for extra sauce, not only does it not have extra sauce, There’s barely any sauce on it at all, making the pizza extremely dry and flavorless. Ordered cinnamon bites. Drove 15 minutes away, and even arrived late. My ordered wasn’t even started, so I ended up waiting another 20. To top it off they were sill doughy and barely cooked.
