I had my second visit to le petit bistro on Tuesday night. On my first visit I was amazed by the taste of the food, and they did not disappoint for the second try. The foie gras with pineapple is absolutely Devine! Prices are very reasonable. Would love to see some more people out and enjoying dinner earlier in the week – no fault of the restaurant, but the only reason why I gave atmosphere a 4/5.

We love our french food and have been to number of great french restaurants both here in Melbourne and in Paris. Le Petit Bistro is a fantastic venue with great french cuisine. Laurent Jouin is a fantastic head chef and brings hearty flavours that you will find along the french countryside. The service was immaculate to complement the fine dining experience. This is a great local French restaurant with friendly and quick service. The duck pate is a must! The mains of lamb shank and beef bourguignon is on par with other French bistros.
