Reviews · SO kind and polite walking into this tiny hole in the wall/ mom & pop shop. The food Immediately reminds me of mornings started in my Abuela’s kitchen.

I have been here 3-4 times and it hits every time. Super cozy, small, and so so so comforting. Especially on a Cold day. The pozole rojo made me want to cry how comforting and delicious it was. Huge portion with all the fixings. The tamales I took to go (chicken and pork) were also super delicious, moist, flavorful— all without being overwhelmingly fatty or greasy or salty. The service is friendly and sweet. I am an Asian girl and I still felt so at home here. Parking is limited in a mall next to 7-11, but worth the patience.

Tried the chilaquiles and the food was very good. I would just say the steak was cooked very well just needed seasoning. Didn’t taste like they added anything. But the service was great. I would definitely eat here again.

Las Villanas is a true gem — a family-run restaurant where you immediately feel welcomed. Both the cook and the waitress were incredibly kind and patient, making the whole experience feel personal and genuine.

The highlight of my meal was the red mole: rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced — not too sweet, just the right depth of flavor. To top it off, I washed it down with a refreshing pepino y limón agua fresca. Crisp, cool, and perfectly balanced, it was the ideal complement to the meal.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and you can tell this is a place built on love for food and community. I left not only satisfied but also grateful for the hospitality.

Highly recommend Las Villanas for anyone looking for authentic, heartfelt Mexican food.

Very delicious! I had the albondigas soup and a chicken quesadilla (and a small side of guacamole). Albondigas and quesadilla were huge! The soup had corn, carrots, potatoes, zucchini, cabbage and came with a side of rice and tortillas. The quesadilla was really good also.

It was a wet, winter day after what seemed like 100 days of straight rain and we ventured out to find something new. We opened the door and saw a small dining area and got blasted with the smell of delicious things waiting. I had an al pastor burrito and carne asada taco while the lady had a couple gorditas, one carne asada and the other chicken. Everything was amazing and I am positive we will be back. Hopefully soon.

Friendly service, seating is limited. Have family over? Bring your own oya for cheaper priced menudo or pozole. Their tamales are Red green pork or chicken sweets Strawberry or corn. Cafe De Oya con Canela, nough said!

Great food. Great people. Good prices. Family run place with only a few tables and small parking lot (shared with 7-11 next door). Staff very helpful. Food was hit, fresh and delicious. Enough said.

I’m a big believer of flavor when it comes to Mexican food. Today I had Al Pastor burrito and it was excellent. I made some changes and asked for frijoles del olla instead of refried, pastor, no rice, cilantro and onions. First, the flour tortilla was so soft and the pastor very flavorful. I asked for green Chile on the side. That was excellent too.Not spicy at all but packed flavor. I’m definitely going back.

Amazing food and amazing service. Reminds me of my grandmas cooking. Can’t get any better than that! Highly recommend the chilaquiles breakfast plate with a agua fresca or café de olla.
