I got a bowl from this location tonight and found raw bell peppers in my food instead of cooked fajita veggies. Raw vegetables give me a stomach ache and I’m extremely disappointed to have found in my bowl. Additionally they gave me crumbs of chicken instead of whole pieces. This feels like a total scam and very upset that Chipotle corporate is not enforcing this location to maintain standards.

I have been a loyal customer and use this location for convenience. I have always had a good experience, however, today’s pickup was intentionally made difficult. I was asked for a code typically required only for Uber drivers. Then my order was withheld even after giving the name. The employee’s tone was condescending, passive aggressive and confrontational. It sad that this happened over the holiday season when kindness and politeness should guide a company. This behavior undermines Chipotle’s service standards and requires immediate coaching. I have also submitted a formal complaint on the website. I doubt I will ever go back there. Very disappointed!

Never in my life did I think I’d be betrayed by a burrito, but this Chipotle managed it. What I received wasn’t food, it was a sad overstuffed rice sock masquerading as a steak burrito. No meat, no beans, no fajitas, no effort. Just a depressing brick of 90% dry rice, sprinkled with what I guess was supposed to be cheese and a smear of sour cream out of pity.
I paid for steak — STEAK — and they couldn’t even toss in a single microscopic shred. Every bite felt like a cruel joke, like I was being punished for believing in the concept of “digital orders.” I kept hoping I’d hit one piece of steak, just one, but the universe clearly had other plans.
This location is done. Finished. Dead to me. I’m never wasting a cent there again, and if you value your money or your sanity, stay far, FAR away from this culinary scam.

So I came back to check up on this cool chipotle after awhile, and I’m surprised at these comments. It can’t possibly be that crazy right? Well I went through the drive through for dinner. Ordered approximately 25-30 min ahead of time because it was my doggos bday and we were getting a puppuccino. When we got there, there were no lines in the drive thru, but I did see a lot of people utilize the parking around to walk in to pick up orders. By the time I was at the drive thru window my order was already ready for pick up. Got home, the food was still piping hot. Though my order did miss some but that’s forgivable. They were extremely busy from what I saw through the window. Employees zipping around. And frankly I wasn’t too mad, I ended up with free chips thrown in. My brother had already scarfed down his food and left no evidence. He’s not a fan of using the app, but he let me dictate it tonight since he was hungry. He says the apps give small portions and lo behold he got so much meat. Overall, this was a rather positive experience. Perhaps my one experience can’t make up for the overall other people’s horrible experience, but I do think this chipotle is working hard to improve on their criticisms. I will say the atmosphere at night is something else, but it’s not much you can do since it is just a drive through. You’re not there to be seated and welcomed with a waitress. I still like the less contact concept. Customer service wise, the whole idea is less contact so since it’s just handing me my food, Im satisfied. Food wasn’t thrown at me and it’s not like I can mano y mano an app for my missing tomatoes, so just letting customer service know it’s all good. I got free chips. Law of equivalent exchange let me win. Keep up the valued efforts! You all got this! See you all in the long future!

Stood at the window while 3 employees stared and me and never came to the window after ringing bell twice to ask a question. Yet this guy who waited a bit as well got serviced. Usually come to this location often I WILL BE GOING TO BURTONSVILLE from now on. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I really hate to be this person, but this Chipotle managed to screw up my order TWICE. First of all, the actual order I got at first wasn’t even mine. I turned back around and told them they gave me the wrong order, and then they gave me the one with my name on it. Got to keep the other one, which was nice, I guess. The actual one with my name on it got two of the ingredients right: cheese and lettuce. So while I did get the incorrect bowl and got to keep it, i’m upset that my actual order only had 2/6 ingredients right.

I have been here a few times, but will never go to this location again. Back during the winter they left me standing outside in a snow storm while 4 employees tried to act like I wasn’t standing there or ringing the bell. They were too focused on the drive thru to pay me any mind. It took over 10 minutes for someone to come and talk to me. Meanwhile I could see someone sitting in the office not helping the employees at all.
If you want Chipotle, visit the one on rt 198 in Burtonsville. Its literally 5 minutes up the road and the service is much better. From the other reviews on here, it seems that others have had the same experience.
I usually try to avoid bad reviews, but from what I am reading from others it is needed in this case.

I recently ordered from my local Chipotle and requested extra portions of everything, including extra chicken, but unfortunately, I did not receive what I paid for. This is especially disappointing because it’s the second time this has happened. When I pay for extra, I expect to actually get the additional portions, not the standard amount.
It’s frustrating because I generally enjoy Chipotle, but consistent issues like this make the experience less enjoyable. I hope management takes this kind of feedback seriously and ensures staff pays more attention to customer orders. Customers should receive exactly what they pay for.

I literally ordered just a bowl and a bag of chips and somehow they still forgot the chips. How do you mess up a two item order?
