Amazing Brick oven pizza made with quality ingredients! I’ve had it numerous times from their food truck and was really excited when they opened a brick and mortar location! I tried the Mike’s Upside Down and Triple Drizzle Pepperoni Focaaccia (minus the Chili Oil) so Double Drizzle , for just the right for me. Both were fantastic!

We have been watching and waiting for Vitalia to open. We ordered on their first day and were not disappointed! We got the pepperoni as well as the Justin Special with candied bacon, caramelized onion, and chili oil. The taste was amazing! The crust had great flavor. Highly recommended!

After following their schedule for months in attempt to order I was able to visit Cranberry Community Days after work last week just for the sole purpose of getting Vitalia. I am not a fan of crowds, the near 100 degrees weather we had that day(kudo’s to the workers being in a mobile truck with an oven during some of the worst heat we’ve had!), or the half mile walk from parking to the event but I would do it again if I had to for their pizza! Truly one of a kind selections and all three pizza’s we ordered were phenomenal. The staff was amazing, so friendly and very helpful! I cannot WAIT for their establishment on Freedom Road to open and will look forward to ordering from them at least once a month!

My wife and I got to try Vitalia at the food truck event today in Moon. I originally ordered the sweet and spicy pepperoni and my wife ordered a cheese slice. The owner tossed in a buffalo chicken slice and man am I glad he did. It’s the best buffalo chicken pizza I have had honestly, the chicken was great, the ranch is home made and was so good, the buffalo was tangy, and the crust was incredible. The cheese pizza was also fantastic. I think I would have liked the pepperoni slice more but my own personal taste I don’t like honey, it’s literally nothing wrong with the pizza, it’s just my own taste. Their pizza is the real deal, legit amazing, and I actually want to make more of an effort to get to them when they’re in cranberry or around town. Don’t miss out on them!

My husband and I ordered ahead online (it was super easy to pick up) when the food truck was going to be near our neighborhood. I got the cheese pizza and added ricotta and balsamic glaze. My husband got the pepperoni – and we were both really impressed with the pizza!
We loved all the toppings – from the crust to the sauce to the cheese, everything was very tasty. We also really liked the wood fire taste!

The BEST wood fired pizza! Had one of the specials tonight, the triple drizzle foccacia and it was so amazing! (I would have included pics but sorry my phone didn’t eat first tonight! Lol!) The staff and owners are so friendly and the new shop is so clean and beautiful! We follow their truck around to get their pizza, and we are so happy their storefront is open! We hired Vitalia’s newest mobile cannoli box for our wedding and it was a HIT! Our guests were so surprised and excited when Natalie hit the dance floor and passed out fresh cannoli’s with tons of different topping options. It got everyone up our of their seats and ready to dance! Emilio and Francesca were wonderful to coordinate with and we’re so happy we decided to add this to our reception. Thank you Vitalia!!! <3
