Just walked out of Buffalo Wild Wings located in Pablo Kisel, Brownsville TX….worst place ever!!!!…the service is horrible, we arrived asked for 2 glasses of water, 1 kids drink and ordered our food all together. Drinks took 20 minutes arrive, food took 30 minutes for ONLY 1 of the orders to be out….another 20 minutes for my daughter’s kids burger to be out…another 15 minutes passed and I had to get up and chase our waiter (Christian) and another random waiter to ask what happened to my plate and the rest of the orders (picture of me without my food)
..NEITHER one of the waiters came back to follow up….Then I got up and requested the manager (his name is Sergio) and explained the issue…you wanna know what he did???…ABSOLUTLY NOTHING!!!!…he said I’ll check on it and NEVER CAME BACK!!!…This place is a joke, nobody is trained properly, the manager has no management skills and all the employees are running around like chicken without a head. On top of that we got charged for extra items we didn’t ask for but the situation was so ridiculous that we just paid and left…The food was good but WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!…

I’ve always had great experience at buffalos love their wings. .. what needs to be fixed is their beer temperature it was not the coldest beer… only 3 celery sticks ? Really?

I am honestly really disappointed with the customer service provided this is because my food took one hour to be served when the server had tood us it would take 15 minutes. I was really dissapointed with how long the wait was and also the customer service in general. I would not go back to this place. My food was alright.

When we arrived, our waiter Carlos took our drink order but didn’t come back for about 40 minutes. We asked other waiters for help, but they kept saying they would get him instead of assisting us. When he finally returned, our food order was wrong, which made us wait even longer. The food was good, my only real complaint was the service.
