Bit into my burger and it was completely raw! Dude took 2 calls to answer and damn near went to voicemail when he finally did pick up, then absolutely did not gaf. I can excuse the frequently missing straws, forks, and spoons from my orders but this shit is the worst experience I’ve had here

When I ordered, the lady put in something different than what i had told her, she didn’t confirm my order, nor did she speak at all. We got our cups and the food was ready before filling drinks. That was nice, though clearly not enough time to cook it fresh. The food was very cold and stale(like it had been sitting out). overall this place in not very friendly and does not live up ti their motto posted on the wall, “All of Wendy’s spins off one word- FRESH” I would not reccomend.

This Wendy’s is always clean with fast and friendly service. The food is prepared quickly and the staff is polite. My only issue is that the dining area is kept very cold, which makes the food seem cooler than it should be. Otherwise, it’s a solid spot for a quick meal.

As a regular drive-thru customer, I want to thank the workers at this Wendy’s for remembering my preferences and being so nice!
Every once in a while, my order may be inaccurate, but I always try to check my order before I leave, and whenever I’ve mentioned any errors, they’re always fixed. And, it makes sense to me if a mistake is made sometimes. We’re all human. The important thing is how you handle mistakes and they’re always pretty nice when I’ve mentioned any order issues.
As far as the food is concerned, it’s a Wendy’s. Their spicy chicken sandwich is pretty decent. I also think their spicy nuggets are so much better than most other fast food nuggets.
Most fast food pricing is sort of high nowadays. However, if you’re looking for a good deal, Wendy’s deal meals are the real deal, and I don’t think enough people realize this. The 444 meal is my go to when I don’t have much money and need to get a quick lunch.
Although the app can be a bit buggy sometimes, I still recommend getting it because of the offers. My favorite offer is on Wednesdays when you can get free nuggets as long as you make one purchase.
Oh, and last but not least, I like that their soda machine lets me get vitamin zero. 🙂

Passing through the area. Restaurant was really cold, as in you could almost see your breath. Management was asked and used a lame excuse blaming it on Corporate. That family went to their car and brought jackets in. We chose to eat in the car. Kid taking orders tried to short me $10 when making change. Did NOT seem like an honest mistake. We shoulda went to Culvers.
