When I entered, I was not greeted by any staff, and the tone of service felt unfriendly. Despite having several employees working, the restaurant was noticeably unkempt—there was food and napkins on the floor, and I even observed one customer picking up a napkin that another had dropped. The tables were dirty even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
In addition, when I visited the bathroom that evening, the motion sensor on the sink did not work. It appeared as though the faucet had not been properly installed, which raised concerns about overall facility upkeep.
I believe this reflects a need for stronger training in customer service, attentiveness, and cleanliness, both in the dining area and in the restrooms. A new establishment should be welcoming, well-kept, and properly maintained.
I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of service at this location. At present, however, I do not plan to return.
Edit (9/16): Some of these reviews also appear to be suspiciously fake.
Was excited to hear a Chipotle was going up just minutes from me, until I made the mistake of going here twice, figuring the first time was just an off day.
Whoever owns this Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves for offering such poor quality food, small portions, funky old tasting options, horrible staff and MESSY, DIRTY STORE.
EVERY TABLE COVERED IN FOOD AND MESS, and it doesn’t make sense cause no one is ever here, which tells me they never clean anything up.
There will be a very limited amount of options an hour before closing, the staff under prepares food because they are lazy. What a missed opportunity to serve the community and feed people. When I was there tonight 3 family’s left due to only limited options more than an hour before closing. Bar is covered in beans, rice, food mess, all the options look watery and hours old. SAVE YOURSELF THE BURDEN OF GOING HERE AND GETTING OLD POORLY PREPARED FOOD. 2.6 stars tell you something. Shame on the owners and Chipotle corporation.
I get here, they can’t make anymore because they are closing, also… won’t offer me a refund, saying I have to call a phone number to get my money back!
Very unprofessional workers at this location and will not come back.
Staff was friendly enough – though one lady in particular (perhaps who others have complained about?) Didn’t really seem in a good mood. Maybe its unreasonable for me to expect all employees to be upright and chipper? Everyone has bad days. Either way she didn’t do anything wrong, just didn’t seem happy.
Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised with the experience considering all the earlier reviews.
