Avoid this place at all cost!!! The manager Cynthia was rude and disrespectful. She scolded me like a child because I took a half a dozen forks and spoons and knives she accused me of stealing and threatened to call the police on me. I am a truck driver for over four years and never one time has anybody ever said anything about my taking a half a dozen utensils!!! My burger was raw. My fries container was only half full of cold, french fries my chicken nuggets were lukewarm at best and I never received my drink cup. She ordered me to replace the “stolen“ item and told me that those were only for paying customers I told her I just bought food and she said nothing I ordered requires utensils so now I guess she gets to tell me how to eat my burger whether I wish to cut it out for you or not is apparently not accepted because I can use my hands! This place is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to and I will never return there again! Brandon is the regional manager. He only apologized and said he would speak to her about it. I guess because I’m a truck driver I can’t get my food remade so I’m out of my money.! Thanks, Wendy’s! I will never return to this establishment ever again and will likely never go to Wendy’s ever again anywhere!!!! I just want my money back. You can send me a check Wendy’s.

i love the food here and the service is phenomenal, but unlike other wendy’s, my lettuce bun burgers come as just a burger without a bun. Definitely still edible, they just require a knife and fork. as a huge positive, the potatoes here are always perfect!

Roseville, location of Wendy’s has a much better average of correct orders than most of the Wendy’s.I have been to. Rarely a wait. I like that we are given suggestions on other things we can try when we are there.

I got to say me and my wife came to eat here after a long hike. Food was great but Kayla the cashier was just an angel. You could tell she liked her job. She was so sweet. I highly recommend. I hope upper management promotes her.

I don’t know what has changed recently (management, staff, standards, or something else), but the quality of this Wendy’s has gone down. The food is still good, but the service and atmosphere has definitely declined. Instead of receiving a “Hi welcome to Wendy’s” when you go through the drive through, you just get a “you know you can order whenever, right?” or a “go ahead and order”, which feels very unprofessional and like the customers are inconveniencing the workers. On our last visit, we also overheard the staff bad mouthing the customer ahead of us for asking for their receipt. We don’t have this issue at the location inside the Pilot gas station, so we may just start driving the few extra miles each trip to go to that one instead. We’re really disappointed in how low the service quality has dropped, as we used to receive great service at this location up until the last few months.

Isaiah (I’m assuming that’s how it’s spelled) was the single best employee I’ve ever seen. I asked for extra extra brownie batter, and the man delivered. Give this man a raise. And my dog likes him, so he’s extra cool. I was having a really rough week and his humor and kindness helped alleviate some of that struggle. Thanks man, sincerely.

Last week, I craved a Wendy’s burger. We drove 13 miles from out of Russellville to this location. Never got to try the food because we were never greeted. There were 4-5 employees that all looked tweeked out and emotional. They never spoke to us in the 5 minutes we stood there. We went to the other location were greeted welcomingly, service was fast, store was clean (although bare), and the food was good.

I’ve been eating at this Wendy’s for many years, every since it opened. It used to be my favorite fast food in town but since the founder, Dave Thomas, passed away the food isn’t as food as it once was and the service, like most service industries in this country, has diminished significantly. The chicken sandwich is still good enough, and the “Frosty” is still the same as always but with new flavors.
