I’ve been to Wingstop a few times, and quite like their food, especially the large portion of fries. Their Atomic flavor tastes like a corroded battery, but the Cajun sauce and Buffalo are good flavors!
However, the service is pretty meh, the wait is surprisingly long for a usually empty location, and the most recent time I went, the chicken on my sandwich was hilariously small. The tiny slice of pickle was almost as big as the chicken, which was pretty disappointing.
Edit: After biting into the small sandwich, I found out it was severely undercooked and rubbery.

Awesome place! I was so impressed by the tasty wings I visited three times in a row for dinner over the weekend. Service is excellent! shout out to Austin who never failed to get my order out in a timely manner. Lots of parking and a nice seating area if you want to eat outside.

Wings were smaller than Wendy’s chicken nuggets. I understand shrinkflation but c’mon. These are criminally tiny. Someone in the kitchen must be messing with Mermaid Man’s utility belt.

I called in advance to place my order and when I came to pick it up I had to wait an extra 20 minutes … they told me they had cancelled my order because my order was in the “way” of DoorDash orders . So when I went to pick it up they had to put in in the system again . The lady I talked to on the phone was rude…. Seems that she doesn’t like working there … they made every other order and made sure mine was last because she knew who I was from the phone call. Very unprofessional. What is the point of calling to place in order if it’s not going to be ready when I go and pick it up… that’s why I give you guys 1 star… you guys need to find better people to hire . That “lady” and “guy” were possibly the worst employees I’ve seen in a while. They also forgot my extra ranch . I wouldn’t not recommend ordering at night . That’s when you get the worst employees….

Blasting music in the kitchen on a Friday night which is fine I guess, but the cashier couldn’t hear my order, and he seemed irritated by it. He asked the people working in the kitchen to turn down the music because he couldn’t hear the customers talking to him. My order was wrong, partly I think because he couldn’t hear properly, and I had to drive back to get it fixed.
The kitchen worker who was told to turn the music down gave me my correct order and apologized, but the chicken was tiny nubs with really small pieces of chicken inside like he was trying to just get me out the door, so they only gave me the smallest chicken pieces to warm it up faster. It was literally the chicken from the bottom of the bag that’s mostly bread with the chicken scraps inside. There was so much garlic sauce poured on top and it was too salty and overcooked and rock hard.
Just thrown together with no effort and I was hosting a dinner. They have a lot of really young people working there which is fine, but assess maturity level when hiring. It was subpar for the price.
It wouldn’t hurt for the owners or managers to do random walk ins during shifts, to make sure the staff is on task, so they aren’t too comfortable just messing around and making bad food for people. I don’t eat out often so it was just a disappointment.

The service is super bad. I arrived at 11:40 because the service closes at 12. The cashier had a bad attitude. When I asked for my order he got desperate and had no patience. I imagine because my English is not fluent and because it was close to closing time. In the end, I ordered what he wanted. While I was waiting for the order I asked myself: “why did I have to put up with such rude service if I was going to pay and not be making it easy for me?” I asked him to give me my money back. While the manager was giving me the refund, the cashier approached me to apologize with hypocrisy and with the same attitude with which he served me. We argued and the manager told him to leave. While I was in the kitchen he was laughing at me with the cook. Super bad service.

Alex provided the best customer service I’ve ever had at a food place. He was so friendly and helpful when I didn’t know the menu well. This man deserves a raise!!
