We order from this location alot. There sheet pizzas are some of the best around.
I always order the double pepperoni with cheese.
It’s absolutely one of the best sheets around.
The crust is amazing
The sauce is delicious and the perfect amount.
With a generous amount of cheese as well.
You Won’t be disappointed.
Thanks again.

We order from here ALL. THE TIME!! Ordered an eggplant parm sub. Had it delivered. It legit looks like it caught on fire!! Burned to a crisp. So I called and was told I could bring it back and they would re-make it. Or she (the so called manager Makenzie) would give me 1/2….HALF CREDIT for another one!!! What???? I need to bring it back?? I just paid how much to have it delivered??!!
Very rude, zero customer service. Never going back there!! Im just glad not all the locations treat customers like this.
Need to add This is the Penfield location

Not a huge fan of the sauce used in the pasta dishes. Also, the bread to meat ratio on the subs was about 3:1. We had chicken finger subs but I think the girl answering the phone forgot to ask if we wanted any mail oil or blue cheese on them as they were on the dryer side. The subs could have also used a little bit more lettuce onions tomatoes etc. the sub rolls themselves are delicious they are clearly Wegmans sub rolls which are absolutely phenomenal. The same sub rolls were used for the cheesy mozzarella bread which was also phenomenal. The stuffed shells were good however felt like they were missing a bit of a creamy flavor or a cheesy flavor the stuffing felt a little on the dry side but the shell noodles themselves were nice and thick and big and cooked to the perfect density. The chicken parm was fantastic. Again, though, the sauce almost tasted burnt. I prefer a little sweeter of a sauce, but overall it was quite tastey!

Great calzones, subs, and tenders & fries! We had never eaten at a Salvatore’s and stopped by on our way through town, and ordered a few different meals. The guy on staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was all delicious, and the outdoor eating area was very nice! We’ll make it a point to stop back again! 🙂

No napkins. I’m sitting eating in their restaurant with pizza grease on my face fingers, and the answer is “we don’t have napkins at this location”.

I ordered through Instacart… was told the order was received, being worked on. I waited 1.5hrs and checked back and was told the order was refunded with no other explanation.
I won’t be ordering again any time soon

I have gone here several times. I am a fan of their pizza with the old fashioned pepperoni. But the lose stars on their fish fry. We got it twice in the last couple months. In both cases a take out. The first time they forgot the roll and tarter sauce. I was already home so I just ignored it and luckily I had stuff to make my own at home. The food was pretty good.
We took a second shot at it. This time I actually paid a dollar or whatever it was to get extra tarter sauce figuring this way they couldn’t forget. Well, the remembered the regular order of tarter but didn’t put the extra in the bag. Not only that but no coleslaw. We got the roll but no coleslaw. Again, I was already home but I was pretty aggravated. I called and explained both instances… all I got was….we can send someone out to you in 10 or 15 minutes with it. The fish was already almost room temperature and I just hung up. Honestly, they should have refunded my credit card for at least a portion of my order. I am not looking for free food…..but I was just very disappointed in the food/store/customer service.

If I could rate negative stars I would! This was our third time getting food that was absolutely disgusting, the wings were soggy and tasted like old oil, the pizza was burnt. When spending 70$ on wings and pizza you would expect that it would be edible.

Apparently the want-to-be manager felt very confident to yell at a nurse practitioner about what she ordered and what she received. He spoke to her like a toddler. Was rude and disrespectful and I will never be back. Everyone deserves respect especially health care workers they were short-staffed before the pandemic and it’s worse now. Some people are on call and have to Tell patient’s families just difficult news. You should have done the right thing. You should just hand it over the blue cheese How much did it cost you a a quarter? You should have credited her account card and gave it to her for free after the way you treated her I watched the whole thing.

I have no quarrel with the food, which is always good, but getting too expensive. It’s $18.95 now for a 12″ (medium) white pizza! Then there’s the ever increasing delivery charge (currently $3.50 + tax = $3.78), which is a pure profit grab. They are sure to remind you that the driver does not share in this exorbitant charge, so make sure you tip the driver appropriately. Such arrogance! I used to be a loyal customer. My delivery orders were routinely in the $40 range. But I’ve had enough. There are plenty of other pizza places to choose from. And that’s what I’m doing.
