Food is fine but the service is another thing. Every morning that I go, I go around 6am. Only car there! Get to the pick up window they hand me my food but always have me park for and wait for my drink. Again I’m the only car at 6am. So frustrating.
Donuts are placed in a wrapped bag, icing scarce. I used to get donut holes, but they are always out of the ones I’d like. Sandwich is a hit & miss (sometimes burnt), drinks are ok.
It’s to the point where I hate it so much I won’t be going back.

If this is the one next to marcos pizza this is in my opinion the best dunkin donuts they dont get my order wrong and they always make my coffee just the way i like it and the customer service is great!!!
Just want to clarify that I’m talking about the Dunkin Donuts across from southeast hospital Best one very clean and friendly.

I just left Dunkin not 5 minutes ago and my experience was horrible. The one by the medical center. The young lady working drive through was very rude. She acted annoyed that I asked for napkins which she should have given me anyway being that coffee was running down the cup. I suggest more training in people skills.

This isn’t my first bad experience but this one made me not wanna NEVER return. So I mobile ordered two coffee but it took a little longer to pick it up. When I got there, my drinks were already made, not a problem but they were watered down. How I know this she told me and just handed it to me like it was okay. It wouldve been understanding if they were busy but i was the only person there. My bf wanted his remade so I asked her to remake it. She said well its watered down so it’s not gonna be good. She remake it but she added wayyyyy too much flavor in it. It was too sweet to drink. I just added more coffee that I purchased from a gas station to drink. I won’t ever come back.

I received VERY poor service in the drive through. I ordered 2 donuts with Chocolate icing. When I got to the window, the cashier did not even know what kind of donuts I had ordered. I had to wait on her to get my order ready. She put my iced donuts upside down in a paper bag. The icing is now all over the inside of the bag instead of on my donuts. It is a complete mess and not fit to eat. The donuts should have been placed in a small box side by side to prevent this mess. I called the store and asked to speak to the manager on duty. I was told by the person who answered the phone that the manager had “just stepped out”. I most likely will not be back to this location.

The atmosphere And the service was not good. It just felt unwelcoming. A few weeks ago there was one man in there. I gave them five stars based on his professionalism. Todays crew wiped that away. The sandwich was good But the cappuccino Was horrible. They do need to retrain the staff.

Avoid at all cost, always try to give them the benefit of doubt. But every time I visit this location our coffees end up in the trash. Wife’s ice coffee tasted like water, and the hot coffee I received tasted like old brewed coffee. Had to drive to the south side dunkin to fix their mess up. It’s sad they weren’t like this a couple of months ago. The staff has to be re-evaluated.

I ordered from this place on Doordash the food was absolutely horrible rubbery undercooked. The only thing good was my iced coffee that’s why I say 2 stars the coffee was great! Suggestion stick to the coffee definitely avoid anything they gotta cook. Would hate to get an undercooked doughnut! SMH

I loved this location,, but they change employees like you change clothes.
This crew the cook will mess up my bacon every time,, is either under cooked or ashes. My coffee is horrible and no matter how many times they messed up I still came back but I can’t with them anymore and I come every single day but today was the last day.The area.mamager is the worst. 25 minutes for my shift to start open my bag at work the wrong sandwich call and they tell me came back through to fix it now not later ugh! As supportive as I am for fast food workers, good service starts with them, I am the consumer. I just don’t know where the disconnects are anymore, perhaps training and a supportive company. It starts from the top down.

I was not pleased with Dunkin this morning. I got a carmel frappe, a mocha frappe, and a cold brew. The frappes were awful! Watery, no flavor at all and apparently the manager, i assume she was anyway, was in a bad mood. The lady working the window was very nice although the manager even had attitude towards her.
