This place has a easy feel to it. I was traveling through and stopped for a beer. Struck up a conversation with the locals and they were all very pleasant. One even treated me to a beer to show his local hospitality. The bartender was quick on service and the Ambiance was basically your standard bar with some pool tables dartboard’s and a number of seats to relax and visit with friends.

I had fun! Nice people and fair priced drinks. I was even encouraged by other customers to play “whatever” music I liked and no one said a word when I played “hard rock”. I recommend Jim’s I-29 forsure! 5 out of 5 stars every time I’ve been in there!

I made the mistake losing my wallet behind the building. And finding it in the smoking area after the police left……but other wise great bar good level tables good people for all. would give more stars but had to answer to police to find my wallet.

Local bar / casino with a very local feel. Free pool on Sundays so it’s a good place to have a beer, play some pool, and some video gambling machines. Only reason for the 4 stars is the very limited food menu – a few chip / nut options or a frozen pizza, but good cold beer and funny local regulars.
