First time trying…. Fries were disgusting… Salty… Way too much cheese and ranch… And just full of salt…. The cheese steak was ok… But it didnt have any meat on it… The bread was really hard … The meat was overcooked and severely dry…. The food wasnt too edible…. I think it was a waste of money…. I should have known something was up when they didnt have any customers in line….gave it a try but thats the first and last time…im not sure if I would recommend

Absolutely love these Philly Steak Sandwiches! They are so tasty, i am looking forward to Returning to Alabama just so i can go back and eat again 🙂 Only thing that is annoying is i have to go into that huge mall to get me some Philly Steak. Wish i could sacrifice a meal so i could try something different, I am sure it would be just as good but i can’t not have my usual.

Almost no line at lunch on a Saturday, got order very quickly. Old School cheesesteak was good, but very greasy. Fries were good, and strawberry lemonade was very good, with real fruit.

I went shopping with my friends and wanted to grab some food but it was about 5 minutes before they closed but the workers were so sweet to me and had such a great attitude up to the minute they closed. Would definitely come back here the service is always amazing.

I have not been to the Galleria Mall in a very long time. So my family and I decided to do some shopping and stop at Charley’s. When I tell you I wasted $39, please believe that. We got our food to go today because the food court was filling up fast. When we took the first bite we knew things were different there. The meat had no flavor and the sandwich was lacking toppings. I have never seen a bell pepper and onion cut up so small. You would have thought they borrowed those onions from McDonald’s or Krystals. There was barely any lettuce or tomatoes on the sandwiches , but the were generous with the mayo. I can honestly say never again.
