It’s pretty good, cleanliness is ok but drive through is rough. Check your bag/box everytime. I’ve lost a lot of money over time driving off missing items. Especially if you order anything extra : like if you order the 4 piece supreme with an extra tender or two they will charge about 5$ more and 80% of the time it’s missing. You actually will get less than a typical 4 piece consistently. I pay 52 cents most times for extra sauce to for no reason.

Ive come here for breakfast hundreds of times in the last year and the food is my biggest issue. It always tastes either undercooked or freezer burnt. The meal I had yesterday almost made me throw up the Cajun filet was so bad. I think maybe twice in a year so far my meal was perfect and made me want to come back. Most of the time either my biscuit is undercooked, the chicken is cold/freezer burned/old, or the bo rounds which very rarely ever taste good. Always undercooked or old. I love bojanges and it actively hurts me how often this one is terrible quality. Now im just gonna go out of my way and add a half hour to my drive just to go to the bojangles by the airport, atleast they can be consistently good. Or just go to Hardee’s, they aint great either but atleast I can ALWAYS enjoy the taste of thier food.

BOJ as always, is one of the leadership in cooking Chicken. The taste is fabulous! Alongside various types of sides,in order to destroy your appetite.Eat in or decide to take-out, it’s your choice.Very clean area with a very fast pace environment,especially around lunchtime. There’s usually about a 20 minute wait.My friends,I noticed that some locations have outdoor furniture, others do not,visit them soon & enjoy the delicious; Southern taste….

Beibg from up north, this was my first time trying Bojanangles. I actually stopped by twice over the weekend. Both times I got the regular chicken sandwich. Both times the sandwiches were luke warm and you could tell they had been sitting out a while, weren’t fresh. They were still good both times, but i bet they are excellent hot and fresh which is what I was hoping to experience at least once.
The green beans are amazing , especially for fast food. Likely the best fast food green beans I’ve ever had. They were hot both times so that’s a plus.
The mac n cheese is bland. It reminds me of KFC mac n cheese.
The sides were hot both trips, the sandwiches were not.

It never fails. EVERY time I go to Bojangles I have an issue. Whether my food isn’t right or the employee at the windows is rude. I asked for a soft biscuit and seems like it was the oldest biscuit smh

Arrived this morning at 1020 am. I ordered 2 gravy Biscuits. The male person takin the order stated “we ran out of gravy” I asked are you making more? The counter person answered “no” I left. Corporate does not answer customer complaints. Bojangles does not care. One day your customers won’t care either! If you are not going to serve gravy TAKE THE DAMN BISCUIT GRAVY OFF THE MENU!

Only ordered 4 things and you screwed up 2 of them! No biscuit in the dinner!! Wow who forgets to put the damn biscuit in? And asked for 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet tea because sweet tea is too sweet but do you think they could do it NOPE not on your life! The NASTIEST little girl working in there with reddish blonde cornrows. I came in as I had to wait at the white line to receive my order. About 10 minutes later someone brings me my meal but no beverage. I go in and wait in line and the girl with cornrows yells out to someone else go help that lady over there with a bag in her hand I aint got time for all of that. Like are you serious? You have no idea WHO I AM or WHAT PART I PLAY IN THE FRANCHISE OF THIS RESTAURANT…then she was still running off at the mouth when someone came to assist me I literally only needed a cup for my drink that YOU forgot.

Ordered a 8pc chicken box, opened it up when I got home to 6 not 8 pieces of chicken, & then to top it off it looks like 5 & 1/2 pieces of chicken because this piece was either half eaten or half to begin with & you guys thought it was a great idea to serve it anyways. Never coming back again.
