Went last evening and the ambiance was great. Mr Wesley was very hospitable and catered to our needs. This place is under new management and Brazilian. They have a buffet and a variety of meats. The ribs are to die for; sausage and sirloin too. Enjoyed the Brazilian drink and capped it with roasted pineapple with cinnamon. A great place and highly recommend it.

I had the beef ribs at Sartorio and it was simply amazing! Slow-roasted to perfection, tender and full of flavor. I tried it with plantains, yucca, fries, a side of rice and vinaigrette — everything together was just delicious. This plate easily serves 4 people, and it’s absolutely worth trying. Delicious, delicious, delicious!
Something else I noticed is that even the appetizers here are huge. Believe me, when you order an appetizer, it feels like a full meal because the portions are so generous. I also tried the steak and chips with fries — again, big and very satisfying.
On top of that, they also offer rodízio, which is a Brazilian-style all-you-can-eat experience where servers come to your table with skewers of freshly grilled steak and carve it right onto your plate. I saw other tables enjoying it and it looked incredible.
Their buffet is also very impressive and super varied. It had rice, beans, salmon, shrimp, mashed potatoes, barbecue ribs, potato salad, chicken salad, Caesar salad, and about 14 different salad options. Truly a feast!

I arrived at Sartorio and asked for the appetizer menu. While I was waiting, I noticed other tables already receiving their orders. Out of curiosity, I asked someone, ‘What did you get?’ They said it was an appetizer — but when I looked at the plate, I was shocked! It was huge, with sausage, steak, and fries. Honestly, the portions were so big that I wouldn’t even call it an appetizer. To me, it felt like a full meal. Generous, delicious, and worth every bite!I also tried the burger at Sartorio and it was absolutely delicious! The patty is homemade, juicy, and full of flavor. At first glance, the burger looks simple, but once you take a bite, it’s mouthwatering. What makes it even better is their special house sauce — so tasty! The patty even seems to have bacon and cheese blended inside, which makes it extra unique and flavorful. Truly one of the best burgers I’ve had!

What I loved the most was how eclectic the music was — since there were people from different countries, he played a mix of Spanish, Portuguese, American songs, and more.
